Schädlingsbekämpfung im Badezimmer

Das Frühstück war top für das Geld

Im Badezimmer waren 4 Köderdosen in weiss Aufgestellt. Das war KEINE Baumarktware! Es war unklar für was diese aufgestellt worden sind. Aufgrund der Köderdose war es für Schaben (weisse sind für Schaben da diese größere Öffnungen haben). Ich denke aber das diese für Ameisen aufgestellt worden sind. Auf Nachfrage gegen was Bekämpft wird (ist ja relevant um zu wissen wie ich mich ggf. Schützen kann um nichts mit nach hause zu nehmen) gab es vom Hotel jedoch keine Antwort. Ein anderes Zimmer wäre wegen voller Auslastung nicht möglich. Ich finde wenn es einen Schädlingsbefall in einem Zimmer gibt darf man dieses nicht belegen wenn der Befall bekannt ist wie in diesem Fall.

Personal in reception was helpful

Stuff in resturan so rude. She came out and ask for room number. When I answered in english she didn’t understand and just keep repeating with very mean face and high voice. It says big double bed but it wasnt so big

Good location

The location was good: near to the underground and right above a shopping mall. The room was cosy.

It is quite noisy, you can hear the neighbours- especially through the window. There is a construction at the parking entrance and there is absolutely NO SIGN where you can drive in on the other side of the shopping mall. The information you get at the reception about it is also very pour.

Lifts were a nightmare, only 1 working and the other took forever to arrive. Poor girl on duty was run ragged.

It was great.

The hotel has a good place in Nordwestzentrum. The room was clean and the internet wifi was vey good. Moreover the staffs were very nice. The breakfast was okay.

For this price you can't get any better

This is our second stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic. Amazing shopping, food possibilities and a spa/termen right at its doorstep. The price/quality ratio is fantastic, you wouldn't find anything better. We stayed here twice now, my friends stay here when they are travelling abroad.

This time i had some trouble with noise of what looked like someone above me who was training for a marathon of some sort. I must say previous time i didn't have any noise problems at all.

Outstanding Location, Friendly Personnel

Baby bed at no extra cost. The location is perfect, connected directly to shopping, restaurants, and subway. Very friendly personnel.

Lots of traffic outside, so a bit louder if you have the windows open at night.

The elevator service is not good. The elevator is really busy in the morning. Only one works.

It was fine for our short stay but the reception area could do with a renovation

The hotel reception area needs updating. It makes the hotel look kind of dirty, not a great first impression. Also from the parking garage up to reception could do with updating.

The reception area, the carpet makes the place look very jaded, dark and untidy. An upgrade would do the hotel justice! The rooms are clean. The bathrooms were also ok.
