Disappointing

The warm welcome of the owner was beautiful. He was very patient and helpful. I loved the privacy that was given to me.

The huge space, the huge bed and the huge screen that I had just for myself. The location was just perfect. Everything was close, easily accessible

The price was bit too much for what you get

The owner or whoever is managing the property was helpful nice to talk to

was no milk for coffee no hand towel or face towel had to ask for it cockroach in the room fridge was full of ice

Location is the great

location to Greenslopes Hospital. Off street parking

quite aged. Lots of small cockroaches in the room. Mould in the shower plus the shower was not cleaned properly (hair on the floor of shower and stick-on nails on floor near the bed and on floor of bathroom). Also no cutlery or toaster in the room. Can hear people taking all night long

Needs to be knocked down or completely renovated. Booking.com should not recommend. Impossible to contact Booking.com for help!

Location was good as near my Sons house. On bus route into the city.

Nil breakfasts available which didn’t cause us any problems

No Ceiling Fans which would be great if you didn’t want to use the airconditioning. Could not leave window open(room12) as there was a huge hornets/wasps nest outside under the window on the brick wall. They kept bussing around the open window.

Friendly management however; motel rooms and surroundings need a little care.

Was an overnight stay and close to where we had to be at upper Mt Gravatt. The manager was a nice and friendly.

Room and surrounding areas were a little unclean, milk was in an open jug, bed had a hole in the side and the lounge cushions were dirty.

Nothing

The ceiling in bathroom was leaking and bathroom floor was wet. Mould on ceiling in bathroom and kitchen area. No flyscreens . A very unhealthy environment. It was that bad we paid for 2 nights but left after one night. Very disappointed!

Do not stay HERE!!

The manager was very nice and helpful

The rooms had unclean floors, ants crawling on one of the beds. One light switch that powered the room...if you turned off the lights, everything else automatically turned off too...TV, fridge, phone charger etc which meant we had to sleep with all the lights on...got almost zero sleep. Rusty bathroom, dirty walls, dusty air conditioner, noisy with traffic. AVOID this place!

Friendly helpful staff. Great value for money. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean & very comfortable.

Good stay but could have been so much better with a little more attention to cleaning.

The location was excellent other than being on Logan Rd.

Under the bed was a accumulation of rubbish from the last 15 guests (by the looks of the dust and objects) and there was mould in the shower recess. The cleaners need to be a lot more thorough.
