Wouldn’t stay again.

Friendly front of house staff. Linen seemed clean.

The facility is very old. Entry door was very difficult to slide open and closed and even more difficult to actually lock. Bathroom was so small there was barely enough room to sit on the toilet. Entire bathroom was covered in mould which looked like it has been painted over to cover it. Tiles in shower cubicle have been painted over and the paint is peeling in large areas.

Cleanliness and tidiness of our room was a great surprise considering age of property. Loved the microwave, plates and decent size coffee mugs in our room. Appreciated. New Aircon. Within walking distance to Aspley hotel for meals.

Understand maintenance needs to be done, however mowing, whipper snipping and blowing could be scheduled during the week when rooms maybe empty, not Saturday afternoon, during nap time. Just saying.

It was in a good location for what we were doing.

It was old and very basic. Definitely simple hotel accommodation with the noise of neighbours travelling through. Could use an update or renovations.

Clean Budget Accommodation

The room is comfortable enough. The pool does make this stay more enjoyable. This property would be classed as "Budget accommodation" the rooms are clean.

Slightly over priced for the hospitality offered however, it is some what understandable due to the current housing crisis. Fresh towels and condiments should be offered daily.

Clean affordable and good communication about booking in

The overpowering smell of fragrance gave me a bad headache. My grandson was booked in too but couldn’t stay because of the smell. There was no warm covers for the bed, I was freezing. The lock on the door was very tricky and could have been forewarned about it. Even after being shown how to manage the trick still found it difficult. Frustrating.

I would likely stay again if the price was similar to what I paid.

It was no Hilton but for the price in the current market it was clean, well maintained and comfortable.

Quite good for the price.

Location good for where I needed to visit. Good little kitchen Shower was hot. Comfy sofa.

Road noise was annoying. Bed light hanging from wall dangerous. Shower curtain falling off wall.

Overall did not meet expectations from what I saw on the internet. Very disappointing.

I was happy that there was a bed each for my kids. Kitchenette was great. Air con was good.

Bed very uncomfortable and pillows terrible. Shower is far too small and shower head badly needs replacing. Door has a lot of trouble locking.

Don't believe the photos. That is why I booked this place.

That is was close to the Entertainment Centre

Where to start? The cold water tap was the hot water in the shower. The door had to be man handled to actually lock the door. The place looked like it has never been cleaned - one example: has liquid soap on the wall, but soap packet stuck to shower curtain. Mould growing all over shower, toilet still had last visitors stains. The vanity in the bathroom was falling apart. Tiles painted over to avoid cleaning the grout. Broken bed, broken curtains, broken power point - lights not working. Chairs stained. No top sheets on the beds, no blankets that didn't smell. Carpet stained and or so thin it looked stained.

How close it was to the airport, & also having a microwave & a proper fridge for baby food/bottles

Having a baby that crawls, the carpet was dirty, couldn't find the TV remote, the air con kept changing on it's own, a few cutlery, mugs etc were still dirty. There was only 1 blanket.

Reasonably quiet given its proximity to major road. Average value for facility

Needs a refurb and good clean. Furniture and fittings showing their age. Small spiders located in crevice of ceiling cornices
