This was our first trip to Sunset beach and this home was clean, cozy and perfect location! We never had issues with parking, short walk to activity center, pool and House Place to grab lunch (which is a must) The only thing I wish it had was a hose to rinse off feet after a long Beach day but a bucket of water by the door is an easy solution. Also the trash pick up days, the crew collecting trash were quite loud in the early morning hours. Both these are out of the owners control just a heads up for future renters. We will be renting this home again! This was our favorite family trip. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here at “sunset corner” . The condo was immaculately cleaned and beautifully decorated. Our kids loved the games and books that were available. The shower in the master was very nice and the bed was really comfortable. We can’t wait to come back !

Cute condo. Clean and had just what we needed. Plenty of linens provided, as well as all the basics to get started for a trip. Took 5 minutes to get to Sunset Beach and about 15 to get to Calabash. Great location! Owner was attentive. Would book again for sure!

We were there for a wedding so we didn’t get to do a whole lot of other things but there were many things near by and it is so beautiful there. Didn’t get to use the pool but it was a big pool with a tiki bar. Not sure how the access works so you might want to ask

This was perfect for our family of 4. Everything was easy and the owner was responsive and communicated quickly. Well kept and great location. The only thing we would have liked was chairs for the balcony to be able to sit outside. All around a very enjoyable stay and we’d come back!

This was a very nice place to stay. It was convenient to the beach and surrounding communities. The Sea Trail community itself is very clean and inviting. The condo was clean, stocked, and laid out very well. It is across from the pool and activity center and close to the entrance/exit. The only suggestion we have is to consider putting TV’s in both bedrooms so everyone can enjoy programs. We hope to return for another stay.

Overall, we had a nice stay at this condo in Sea Trails. The owner responded to all of my emails prior to our trip. We had no trouble finding the place and it is in a great location. This was a "girls trip" and there were 4 of us. PROS: 1) this condo is directly across from the pool area so it's very convenient should you choose to pay the fee to use the pool 2) this condo was recently updated and looked very modern, and it was nice and clean CONS: 1) the listing stated this condo will sleep 5 people, but unless someone sleeps on the couch, it does not. I originally thought we might have 5 girls on our trip. When I booked the condo it said one bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the other bedroom had 2 doubles. When we arrived, one bedroom did have 2 twin beds, but the other bedroom had 1 king bed. Obviously we could not have slept 3 people in one bed. Luckily it turned out there was only 4 of us, but 2 had to share a bed as the beds were not separate in that bedroom as stated. 2) I have rented through VRBO plenty of times, and this condo seemed scantily furnished. It did not state you had to bring your own towels, etc. However, there were not even enough washcloths (4) for all of us to have one. In the kitchen, there was only ONE trash bag available. There was also not enough toilet paper. 3) For a 2 bedroom condo, there was only ONE TV! No TVs in the bedrooms-only the living room. This seemed a little ridiculous, as all hotels have a TV in the living area and at least in one bedroom. I was not happy not being able to watch TV in bed or have the option to watch something else when others were using the living room TV. 4) NO patio furniture on the deck/balcony...we wanted to sit out on the balcony in the evening, but nothing was there, just empty. We were happy with our trip, just got lucky with the sleeping arrangement as that could have been a disaster.

My two children and I stayed in this beautiful Sea Trail condo for a week in June 2021. It was just perfect for us. We have friends who live in Sea Trail, so it was perfect for us to be close by, but still have our own space to sleep and shower. I’m a bit of a neat freak, so staying in hotels and condos typically bothers me. This is the most immaculate place I have ever stayed in. Kevin’s attention to detail here is phenomenal. There is a binder laid out to guide you through your stay that unfortunately I didn’t look at until a couple days before we left, but it was evident that he took a long time in creating it. It could be very helpful. From coolers, to pool toys, to luggage racks, to a variety of boardgames, games, Kevin has thought of everything here to make you have a great stay. We couldn’t have been happier and can’t wait to come back. Any questions I had for Kevin he was very quick to respond to as well. Highly recommend!
