Our condo, in the Champions neighborhood of Sea Trail Golf Resort, has 2BD & 2BA overlooking the 16th green of the Willard Byrd golf course of Sea Trail's three signature golf courses. The condo has a main villa & connected mini suite, perfect for 2 families or a family with children. Minutes to pristine Sunset Beach and Intracoastal Waterway. Conveniently located between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC airports. Close to restaurants, shopping, and family attractions.

This is a 3rd floor unit with elevator access.

The pool across from the building is open for the season and there is no fee to use it.

The Villa has a private bedroom with 2 queen beds with en suite bathroom. 2 flat screen TVs. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, full size refrigerator & ice maker, toaster, coffee maker and blender. Everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. Iron & Ironing board provided as well.

The adjoining mini-suite. Includes 2 queen beds, a kitchenette, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, table for 2, sitting area, flat screen TV and work station.

Enjoy your morning coffee or toast to a perfect sunset on the all season private porch overlooking the 16th Green.

Non-smoking unit. Privately rented by owner. Wireless internet access and cable TV included. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Unit was very clean and provided everything we needed. Well set up for us and our two young adult children. Management responded very quickly to couple of small issues which we reported. Would definitely rent unit again if we return to Sunset Beach.

We loved the condo super nice. We had so much room for our family of 5. So peaceful we hope to be back. Short drive to beach, restaurants and shops. I give it 5 star it was prefect. So happy we chose this place.

We have stayed in this unit before. We love the 2 bedroom condo. The second bedroom is a suite with a sofa, table and chairs, fridge etc. The beds are all queen sized. This worked great for our adult sons. This building has an elevator which makes it so easy to bring everything up to the third floor. We love the Activity Center and used the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and the restaurant. We also used the pool and kiddie pool across the parking lot. Our 2 year old grandson was in another unit across the way so it was great to have this option. And this pool is open until 9 pm so great for after dinner. This is a lovely unit and very quiet. We hope to return again. Communication was great and we did not have any issues during our stay.

This condo was beautiful and in wonderful shape. The owners went above and beyond to make sure that people with families or not familiar with the area had whatever they needed. The on-site manager responded right away when there was a minor issue.

My wife and I stayed at this property for 4 days while visiting with family who live in the area. It was a perfect location for that, and we were pleasantly surprised with how nice this unit was! So comfortable and quiet, with plenty of room. We had family over one evening for dinner, another day our 4 grandkids took advantage of the pool. We will definitely return!

We were looking for a place to stay for just a few days leading up to our son’s wedding and this was perfect! Being on the top floor was nice for us, we were able to watch the golfers from the screened porch as we had our morning coffee. Everything was clean and organized. Couch is very comfortable! The separate mini suite is a great setup. Communication with the host was easy and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. Location is great. Definitely recommend!

We love Sea Trail and this unit. This is a great place to stay during our trips to Sunset Beach. It's convenient and easy to use. It's also quiet and comfortable. This property is just as advertised and more. Superbly maintained, clean and welcoming. A home away from home. Well equipped and easy to communicate with the propriety manager. This is at least my third if not fourth stay here - I would return in a heartbeat.

This property has become a home-away-from-home. Immaculately kept and well-appointed, it’s easy to relax and feel at home. This time we got to enjoy the neighborhood pool which was wonderful. The owner and the unit manager are very helpful. I can’t recommend this property enough.

We were so very please when we got to the condo. It was super clean and fresh. Also the condo was very comfortable . lots of extras in the 2 kitchens. Beds were comfortable. Pool was right across from the condo.. we were 5minutes from the beach. Just a beautiful place and so glad I found it

Property was as advertised, everything was nice and clean. The only thing I would change would be the refrigerator doors, they should be switched so you can access the fridge easier from the kitchen.
