Impeccable avec quelques améliorations

Son emplacement, la chambre magnifique ainsi que les pièces attenantes Petit déjeuner au top bien servi et copieux Le changement des serviettes au quotidien Métro au pied , idéalement situé pour visiter Naples

Manque d’information pour accéder aux garages concernant les ZTL, l’endroit fait un peu coupe gorge Le petit déjeuner est entre 8h et 10h, il est proposé de prévenir si on le souhaite plus tôt mais il n’est pas complet Les produits frais ne sont pas mis au frais donc beurre mou , charcuterie non fraîche….. Mais rien de grave

Très bien pour un séjour à Naples.

Le lieu est très beau et bien équipé, nous beaucoup aimé. C’est bien placé et agréable. Je reviendrais.

Il manque des petites choses, pas de verres à vin dans la cuisine ou de quoi s’essuyer les mains par exemple. Ce serais bien d’avoir une machine à café dans la suite. Les oreillers et literie sont un peu durs. Le petit déjeuner a 8h c’est trop tard. Il faut prévenir à l’avance qu’il faut payer des taxes en cash à la fin. Ça m’a pris le cash que j’avais pour le taxi.

Awesome facility?

The floor of the apartment is fabulous. Our room was incredible. Great air conditioning during a muggy time and had all the amenities a traveler could ask for.

The outside of the building and entry is more rustic than the neighboring buildings. First thought was scary. But that was quickly eliminated upon arrival to the main floor and entry into the establishment.

Absolutely superb stay !

The breakfast was superb ! Natasha was the most amazing cook ! The cakes and choice of cooked eggs for breakfast were absolutely delicious! They had a slightly different choice every day and there was always plenty of food and a very good variety of hot drinks and cold . We especially loved using the coffee maker for lattes and cappuccinos and the freshly squeezed orange juice machine . The location of the bed and breakfast was just brilliant ! Just a a 5 minute walk to the prominade where there are fantastic views of the coastline , close to a bus stop , which was across the road, close to shops and restaurants and museums , 20 minute walk to a small funicular to see coastline views of Mount Vesuvius . Also a 20 minute walk to the harbour. Also we noticed that there is a brand new metro station about to open soon across the road from the bed and breakfast, which will be very handy to use to get around Naples and also to use hopefully to the train station to visit Pompeii . The bed and breakfast was actually housed inside a very old palace , the architecture and the original ornate tiles on the floors were stunning !

We liked absolutely everything about the bed and breakfast, especially that the room was lovely and big for our family of four . The only tiny thing if I had to mention is the door seal on our shower cubicle wasn't great , as the shower water leaked all over the bathroom floor sometimes and I had to use a towel to mop it all up, I felt bad for the staff having to mop it up after it leaking everywhere, but it could have also been my fault because I maybe hadn't shut the door fully shut . I don't know . But that was just a tiny fault . Our room and bathroom were always cleaned perfectly.

Authentic place; great service and perfect location

The location is perfect; you can easily grab a taxi or reach the bus / metro stations. The terrace is very nice and the room was very clean and comfortable. The sea view was also lovely from the room. The best part was the service, the owners checked on us each day and one of them was available on WhatsApp almost any time. Also note that the building has the vibes of an old movie which we found very authentic.

The breakfast was nice each day; but I would add more savory options and less sweet ones.

Beautiful place. Tasty breakfast. Well located.

Beautiful Pallazzo with comfy common rooms. We had a room on the roof with a balcony facing the sea. Beautiful view. The breakfast was very good, with fruits, fresh orange juice, home made cakes and local specialities. Well connected to the metro and bus (and to the harbor). Safe area, as far as we could tell, with good restaurants nearby. We particularly liked Salvatore alla Riviera.

The location is amazing and the staff is super friendly! It’s located right next to the beach and 5 minutes away from one of the metro stations so it’s very easy to get around :) The room was nice and clean and the view was amazing !!

Beautiful ancient building with very comfortable and spacious bedrooms. The breakfast was very good and the homemade pastries were delicious. We loved the location, on a calmer part of the city. The hosts were very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended and would definitely come back

Wonderful

We got the room in tower with great sea view . The place is very beautiful. My kids enjoyed a lot as it was small palace with amazing view and feel of palace. The breakfast was great. The staff was very very sweet. They also washed our clothes on request.

We dont have anything we dont like, but if you have luggage and you are staying in the tower , be prepared to carry it up a narrow staircase.

Fantastic place in excellent location.

A very classy building, with a fantastic ambience and character. The staff were very accommodating. Location perfect for Naples bay and the old city. Our apartment was very roomy with a great balcony, overlooking the bay.

The spiral staircase up to our apartment could have been difficult for the infirm or elderly, especially carrying luggage.

Was an amazing stay and I would really recommend this place for your next trip to Naples.

Our stay was very comfortable. Staff were extremely heplful and friendly. Breakfast was great, plenty of options to choose from and the freshly squeezed orange juice was lovely. The views to the sea from the window were beautiful, the room was spacious and clean. The location is great, with many good restaurants, pharmacies, shops and everything you might need just a short walk away.

I liked the particularity of the house, its architecture, and the views. The breakfast was also really good and the hosts are very attentive. Also the welcome complimentary beverage was a plus.

Probably at least some complimentary toiletries in the restroom would be highly appreaciated.

we would stay here again! great location. convenient to restaurants. not a bad walk to Via Toledo for shopping.

it was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities. The bed was really comfortable - it was nice and firm, which was really great. The family who runs the place are each very friendly and helpful. There are other guests but the place is so spacious that it feels more like a boutique hotel. the breakfast was lovely both days we were there. Lots of variety, both savory and sweet. And an electric juicer so we made fresh orange juice — what a treat!

Well it’s not a problem but we didn’t know to press the call button on the street side of the big wooden door when the taxi dropped us off. so we were a bit bewildered until someone else who lives in the building happened to come by and showed us the button. Then Paulina came down and showed us how to use the (teeny tiny) elevator to get our suitcases and us up to the third floor, where the rooms are. The rest of the time we took the four flights of stairs. Wear good walking shoes!

Overnight stay to catch up on sleep for long ferry trip the next day.

For a B & B breakfast was doit yourself with all we needed which suited us.

Naples, disorganised, dirty, traffic chaos. OK within the B& B.

The view from the room was amazing, location close to a small public beach, it’s not the best beach but kinda ok. Nice walk by the beach in the evening. As for public transportation, the metro station is 5 to 6 minutes walk. After spending 4 days in Napels, I can say that the area where the B&B is is a good area compared to other areas of the city.

The washroom is not the best, poor design, the faucet is so close to the sink you barely have any space to clean your hands! And if by mistake you turn it on all the way it splashes everywhere! No fan in the washroom so the room stays stinky for a long time once you use the washroom and there is a window in the washroom but if you open it the room fills up with mosquitoes. The breakfast, the first day the apple cake was old and rotten, the owner or supervisor must check the food before offering it, my son ate half of his piece before we noticed that it was rotten, tried to find the owner to tell her but they are usually not around in room.

I liked everything, especially the interior of the hotel

I really liked the breakfast, every day there was a variety of homemade cakes. The hotel has a terrace where you can also have breakfast. There is a subway 5 minutes from the hotel which is good, and there is a bus stop nearby from which you can get to the city center. Also there are many different cafes and restaurants on the waterfront. My room was very clean and the staff was very polite and tried to answer all my questions.
