A perfect sea side break in comfort and unbeatable location.
Lovely cosy house with fantastic views, and a great location a couple of minutes walk from the harbour and lovely waterfront of Anstruther. Comfortable beds, downstairs bedroom good for a teenager. Kitchen is very well equipped, very good setup around the house. Street parking was easier in the evenings and managed to park pretty close by. Lovely place, will happily return!

Great place to stay
Beautiful location with views over the sea to the Bass Rock and Berwick Law. Sunrise in the morning . Good location for walks ,shops and beach.
No contact with hosts. My concern was not having anyone to contact if something went wrong in the house .

sadly probably won’t return on the noise alone
The view and location remains stunning - second stay here after a fab week last year. The hosts have upgraded the sky package to Q there is plenty of towels etc
Unfortunately a few niggles this time round 1. The cleaning seemed rushed - the hoover still plugged in, cupboard doors open, bottom door of the stairs left unlocked. The patio door windows were filthy distracting from the wonderful view and also children’s pick n mix sweets stuck to settee. 2. The noise from the upstairs neighbour this time around was intolerable. Pacing and stomping about all hours like 5:45am and midnight. I cannot understand what she was doing to constantly pace about and when babysitting it was like a heard of elephants for three hours straight, that we had to go out for some peace. Really annoyed us to the extend we left a day early for a good nights sleep at home 3. Although the Sky package upgrades d we were unable to watch 80% of what we recorded as needed a pin due to watershed and children controls. I did message the hosts but no reply - maybe I should of rang them but you don’t like to be bothersome, hence messenger which worked well last year when we had some queries. Previous people had left the patio cushions out so they soaking all week as it rained so we were unable to get them back in for you as it rained thereafter.
