Huge room with Huge balcony overlooking the sea, there is a washing machine and the kitchen has everything you need. Staff are nice.

We had heard stories about carrying our luggage up hundreds of stairs. Absolutely untrue. Our host talked to our driver and we actually had to walk down about five steps to our apartment. We stayed above positano in Chiesa Nuova. We did walk down 438 steps into the town but we could have taken the bus had we wanted to. The apartment had a beautiful terrace , was conveniently located close to a market, the bus stop, the bar that served delicious pastries and cappuccinos. You buy your bus tickets at the tobacco shop and we took day trips from Positano to Sorrento and Pompeii. So easy yo get around and everyone was friendly. The big excitement in town is sitting at the intersection and watching cars and buses maneuver around each other.

Location was amazing
The only thing I didn’t like is that we were only there for 1 night

The balcony is amazing. The service was absolutely fantastic. Call the hotel 20 mins before arriving and they will send someone to let you in! Pascal was amazing and helped me get to know the area. I left my passport in the safe and the amazing staff brought it to the hotel down the street for me. Fantastic customer service!

The view
Not clean. Shower floor felt slimy. Hair and dust on floors. Kitchen counter had ants. Bathroom Towels smelled bad. Cigarette butts on window sill from previous guests. Patio furniture not cleaned.

Lovely place with a spacious balcony. Clean and good amenities
Nec was hard and squeaked a lot. Shower was so small you struggle to move

Amazing views from the deck. Well stocked kitchen. Nice living area.
The beds were too hard. it was a very steep walk from town to the apartment

location and space
bit hard to warm up on cool nights since high ceiling

it has a big balcony with a nice outlook. it has functioning air conditioners. There are two separate bedrooms and a third sofa bed so for a group of six or could represent great value albeit at the expense of the living room, which you don’t need if the weather is nice as the patio is expansive. Free wifi.
We had a problem with some mild-moderate flooding into the main bedroom. I can forgive this - the rain was heavy and sometimes things don’t work. The housekeeper and owner of the unit responded quickly and with great empathy, however the hotel insisted (with no apology or attempt to empathise with our position as guests) that they could fix it.
After the second episode of flooding the same hotel employee attended with a sealant gun. Again no apology. I requested alternative accomodation (the hotel was full), but was told the only the manager could authorise this and he was uncontactable, seemingly with no-one left in charge. 6 hours after the first flooding episode I rang booking.com who resolved the matter by cancelling my booking and refunding the second night’s rental.
I was told repeatedly that the problem was fixed and we could stay, and that there was nowhere else to go. All the focus was on the problem with the building and nobody was thinking about how we felt as guests.
If I was a hotel manager and there was flooding inside a room I was managing, I would want to be called immediately, not wait until I came into work.
We found a better place for a lower rate less than 50 metres from where we stayed.
Very disappointing customer service.

the view was stunning and the host was very nice even i missed looking the guide for check in but still get in to the house very quickly. recommend.

on arrival (appx 14.00, 16.00 "check in") it was very difficult to find my front door, none were individually numbered. No instructions had been given on booking, so I was expecting a check in desk. I eventually found a cleaner (my room was still not prepared) who said I could leave my bags in the room whilst cleaning and would leave keys on table. when I returned 2 and 1/2 hours later I was locked out, had to phone the main hotel number to get someone to let me in. Not a good end to a long day of travel. Even then there was something left in the fridge from previous occupants. SO, check in time too late, cleaning only intermittent, (not daily) and overall overpriced for the experience

view! size of terrace and furniture on it. kitchen had all dishes and cookware needed. very close to bus stop and wonderful grocery and wine store. Eden Roc hotel staff was wonderful about printing out travel documents for us, making taxi and dinner reservations, etc.
No negatives at all — just note that there is no sitting area other than kitchen and terrace which is no problem in good weather— we spent all of our free time on the gorgeous terrace.

perfect- everything you need. and Domenico met me at the bus stop even though I only gave him a rough time.
it rained. Positano is beautiful even in the rain, but I would have preferred to spend more time outside

the balcony is great, has everything you need to stay for as long as you need
quite high up and not in the centre but they do have a public bus that brings you down

Casa Chiesa Nuova was the perfect location for our five-day Positano visit. High up on the Viale Pasitea, it offers picturesque views of the town and sea from the large terrace. Owned and managed by the Eden Roc Hotel (an upscale property itself), the Casa is a well-furnished one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and (shower) bathroom, and is conveniently located just a stone's throw from the Chiesa Nuova bus stop (servicing intracity and inter-city bus lines). The property management staff--particularly Valentino and Domenico--promptly answered all of our questions and offered professional, courteous advice and assistance when their expertise was required. We would definitely stay here again should our travels take us back to Positano, and we would recommend it to our friends as well.

Very comfortable and quiet area but close to everything. Wonderful terrace and view. Very clean and the lady in charge of this was wonderful. The staff at the hotel which manages the apartment was very attentive and accommodating.

The view is beautiful! Super nice terrace. Cute little apartment overall.

This place is perfect to stay in Positano. The location is good, not in the center but not far from it and the beach (only thing is there are lots of stairs but that’s everywhere in this town). The rooms were spacious, the apartment was clean and it had all the necessary items. The terrace was very nice and with seaview! Definitely recommend
We would have liked to have some welcome water in the fridge and if you go 4 people there’s only one bathroom but it is nice

The appartement is really nice bright with a beautiful terrace.
The service was exceptionnel as we arrived with crazy storm, we were met directly at the appartement by the staff of the EdenRock Hotel that manages the place, they took our car and parked it for us, and met us again with it on departure day. They were extremely professional and saved the night for us.
For us , the location was great right near the bus stop, a little friendly supermarket, beautiful local bar as well as a couple of nice restaurants all within 150 m.
It s about 10/ 15 mns walk down the small stairs and alley ways to the center.

The hotel Eden Roc provided the keys and even took our car and parked it for us.
