This is a cozy house next to the beach. It's comfortable enough to stay a couple nights. It has got a kitchen with all staff, so we could cook breakfast. And there is 7 eleven next to the house.
Air conditioner is too old, so we didn't use it, because of smell. But there was a fan.
There is no light in the kitchen.
The garden isn't clean as in the photo but it wasn't a problem for us

Excellent communication with the owners. Easy pick up from the airport. Very close to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, 50m from a 7/11 and in the middle of Chaweng and Lamai. When we decided to leave the property early (as the outdoors was not as expected for our 3 year old to run around) the owner was very understanding and refunded us part of the outstanding stay without questions.
Although the inside is as described and more or less as seen in the photos, the outside is definitely not the same as is represented in the pictures. It is clear the outside has not been maintained and the area out front is dark, overgrown, boggy and in need of a lot of love. It was just not as expected and having booked the property for the outside area (as we have a 3 year old) we decided to leave within 1 hour of arriving. The owner did claim it was because of rainy season (which was true) but we found other properties that maintained their outside areas well despite the rain. We also returned when the weather was good and it looked the same. (Please see pictures to compare)
Basically getting what you pay for. Don't expect luxury or even what you see in the picture but it's practical, the owners are fair and it's close to a nice beach.

Easy check in, great price for a place with a kitchen, friendly host.
Do not recommend if you can’t stand bugs and also is extremely muddy out front when it rains.

Good space, Microwave, oven :)
We were not offered enough toilet paper for our 5 night stay ( only one for the whole period). Lack of water to take a warm shower after beach happened once.

Close to Crystal bay a nice little home from home, the owners are very nice and welcomed us.. Nice clean house with everything you need . It's just off the main road behind the currecy exchange just before the 7-11

The best was the breakfast with the very nice Thai family at the corner !
Not really as beautiful as on the pictures... The beds are not comfortable. But we have been there only to sleep and had a great time in Samui, though.

Position close to one of the best beach in the island
Not suitable for a family with little children. Dirty and old. Third bed is uncomfortable. Bad kitchen equipement. If the owner would renew the house, it will be a good place where to stay. Now is good for young adaptable backpackers

The internet worked well. The host Victoria is a really lovely person.
This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I could not wait to leave. It is shabby, old, dirty, rundown and lacking any atmosphere whatsoever. The couch is so uncomfortable its not worth sitting on. The place is dark in the day and has harsh neon lights. It is down a dirt road behind a construction site that wakes you each morning with industrial tools. It looks out on a dirt field scattered with rubbish. It is also very dark and isolated at night. When a strange man banged on my door and shouted and tried to open my door I packed my valuables and was ready to run. Turns out it was another customer for the other house and the host was late. Regardless a horrible experience.
