- 10 Minute Walk from Chair Lift to the Square
- Spacious and Comfortable
- Large Kitchen Area
- Large Dining Table
- Large Sitting Area with TV
- Owner was Aggressive and Rude
- Changed the Rules about Pets the day after we arrived and DEMANDED we paid more money for them, when we said no, they were BULLYING us. It ruined the first day of our Holiday. In the Message, they said €10 per a pet, then when we arrived, they said it was €10 per a pet, per a night.
- The area is well known for Loud Parties, so 2 Nights of the stay we never slept as there was Parties until 4am, when I told the owner, again they was RUDE.
- I would never stay here again, not because of the property itself because of the owner, who was Manipulating and Narcissistic.

Size, space, light and comfortable
No coffee machine, hot water supply was a little unstable when more than one person using at a time.

The temperature in August was always perfect and no noise at night
It lacked a comfortable armchair and a table and chair for the laptop.

The best thing is location. Awesome views from the main room, clean air. Overall, place is great, will satisfy big family.Very good starting point for Sierra Nevada exploration, easy parking. Enough kitchen equipment/tools (including juice maker :))
Host is great, very helpful and responsive - we had issue with hot water, which was successfully solved during stay. So don't hesitate to contact the host, if something is not right.
There are some minor things:
- overall condition is not great, renovation will be greatly appreciated, especially in the backyard, where barbecue is located
- one of the showers doesn't have any doors, so if you will take the shower - all water is going around bathroom (which is even worse when you use massage option in it).

it was a good size for a large family. Chalet style. it was comfortable and close to lifts that would take us to the town centre and main tele-cabin.
Some things in the house were broken such as the sink in the bathroom of the master suite or the shower door. Nothing major thought.

Very comfortable and warm. Ideally suit 2 families. Bus at the end of the road brings you right into the centre . Fabulous views and a really comfortable apartment. Enjoyed it immensely.
Being a bit picky but a few logs for the burner would have been nice.

it’s a big apartment with small bedrooms.
a lot of stuff as are: oven, shower, etc, doesn't work properly. Shower without doors.

The bed room's beds was amazing to sleep. Also everything were clean 😁 usually we nees tp change our own bed equipments but this time we dis not have to !
Toilet papers, dishing facilities and hans washing was not there. So better to have own ;) also remote controller for TV was missing.
These were small things so did not mind really.

A really lovely living space downstairs with a large kitchen area and great family room. The host, although only encountered by telephone or whatsapp and in Spanish, was helpful and friendly and sent the odd text to check we were OK. A nice quiet general area at the top of the village, only a 5 to 7 minutes walk to the top parador stop. Spotlessly clean and very welcoming as you enter. Some really good features like the sink and tap, the hobs and the decor.
Key collection was a headache: we were told to pick up the keys from the local petrol station; unfortunately, they only spoke Spanish and were very unforthcoming.... in the end we phoned the host and asked her to talk to them, and miracle the keys appeared.... on arrival, met by a closed gate, unsure how to get in etc.... no indication of which garage was the property's, etc.... no info in the apartment.... really needs a host to take you through all the details. There was a general feel of neglect despite the wow factor on entrance and despite being very clean. No covers on the quilts as we arrived which the host sorted out the next day as we asked for quilt covers. No curtains or ill fitting broken blinds, broken toilet seats in 2 of the toilets, a broken shower door, a broken sink support, creaking doors in dire need of oiling- which meant a very disturbed first night sleep- we oiled the hinges ourselves the next day- limited kitchen pots and pans considering the property is supposed to host up to 10 people, no kettle although there was a broken one downstairs, tiny room with bunk beds to sleep five crammed in- very uncomfortable. Very poor noise insulation between apartments and therefore at the mercy of your noisy neighbours! overall, although we enjoyed our stay, it felt like as things broke or got damaged they just got taken away rather than replaced which is a shame as this apartment has great potential.
