Es necesario que mejoren las instalaciones

La atención del personal fue excelente, dispuestos a colaborarte en todo lo que necesitas.

Las instalaciones y enseres estaban muy descuidados, deben mejorar las condiciones del hotel, en cuanto al desayuno solo había una opción para comer.

El desayuno muy bueno las niñas muy atentas,la limpieza bien

No me gusto que el baño se salía el agua por los lados y pusimos una toalla para secar,cuando salí me cobraron 25 mil pesos por lavar la toalla y desmancharla, la cual no eran mancha,era el sucio del piso,eso me pareció un atropello

doesn’t have hot water. Although is located in Barranquilla (hot weather), the water gets very cold early in the morning.

Disappointing

Aircon couldn't be turned off and the light from it lit the whole room up at night. Toilet broke during our stay. WiFi died several times. Not very good service. Maybe we were just unlucky. Other rooms looked better in terms of windows and light.

Avoid. It's awful.

not.much. I guess the location is ok for the price.

There's no way this place is a three star hotel. I've stayed in better hostels for cheaper. The worst complaint is that they added nonsense charges to the bill when I checked out. It's a rip off for foreigners as far as I could see. The room is crap. It's small and dated without a window. And the shower reminded me of the mannequin pis. A trickle of cold water. Breakfast is awful and it's the same thing everyday. Eggs rice and rock hard arepas. With the worst cheap instant coffee . I very rarely complain about hotels but this place was awful. I felt like I was under surveillance constantly with the staff asking me where I was going and when and with who. When I checked out they added bogus charges for cleaning. Avoid this place. I travel a lot and I would say this is the worst hotel I have stayed in for some time.

Friendly staff, well located Breakfast was good for the price we paid in the accommodation

They charge extra to use the swimming pool, it would be nice to have the price included, also some pictures on the internet and here show it.

The stay was good i really enjoyed the breakfast

The breakfast was truly delicious and worth the money. The location was good to stay quite and attractive

The television only had spanish on it more movies and music should've been on it

Comfortable room although a little small. Facilities were ok. Location is good for night life but day time the street is very busy and commercial.

Very noisy during the night. Something banging constantly and very very loudly If you can't sleep with noise you will not sleep here.

Staff was helpful

Rooms are in rough shape, mold around the AC, walls and missing concrete on the walls, no hot water. There was a raging river in the front because of no proper drainage. The beds where addiquitly hard enough to use as foundations for a house..
