Superb

Owner met us with keys and accommodated our 10pm late arrival. Asked for 100eu cash deposit which was not expected, but was refunded fully at end of stay. The garage was very constricted and could not accommodate our small car(Clio). Hit the wall trying to back out. Might be Okay for a smart car or motorcycle. We parked on the street and ended up parking in a very convenient 24hr garage, the next morning, just down the street, but it took only coins for payment. 4.5 eu/day. Covered and protected. Neighborhood was great. Lots of restaurants, marina, lights in the street. Small mercado & Pingo(Hypermarket) nearby. Apartment was great. Kitchen nice. Beds and bath spacious and clean. Fan was used. No A/C.. but not necessary. Great Balcony. Would recommend.

Garage space advertised was tiny. We had a small car, but after many tries, could not come close to fitting in the spot. Save your aggravation and park in the 24 hr "Warrior Empathy Lda" parking garage just down the street. It only takes coins...I stopped at the bank, as we were there for 5 days.

The best place to stay in Madeira

Everything was perfect and I don't even know what to begin with. Helena, the hostess, very nice and thoughtful, always interested in our comfort and well-being. The apartment is big, clean and very well equiped, and with its own parking place.The location is fantastic, quiet, but in the hart of the town, shops and restaurants are maximum 200 meters away, same with the ocean. It is very easy to explore the island as it's well communicated, high speed road is just few hundred meters away.

Lovely apartment, a pleasure to stay in such a well maintained, modern clean home with everything you need for a perfect holiday.Helen is a lovely hostess such a charming lady who will make sure you are welcome in her beautiful home.I hope I will have the pleasure to meet her again on my next trip to Camara lobos Madeira as I would definitely stay in Helen's apartment again.the free bottle of wine was an added bonus and free parking and perfect location in the village.so happy with everything thanks to Helen.

Great place to stay

Amazing location, in the center of Camara de lobos, the appartement was perfect, with all you need for a couple of days ! Plus, Helen made a crib and a high chair available for us, thanks !

the parking spot was indeed too small, but we had no problem parking in the street (in November)

Most amazing apartment we ever stayed in

Absolutely amazing! Very spacious, super clean, had everything you could dream of (from nappies to shopping bags, snorkel, beach chair, shampoo, creams, wipes, washing powder, cleaning products, welcome wine and biscuits, oil, condiments, pasta ....) Probably the best place we ever stayed in. Great location in town, a few steps from restaurants and harbour and big supermarket (a rarity in most places on Madeira!). Host was very nice and helpful.

Lovely stay in Câmara de Lobos

Apartment is very large with well equipped kitchen with all you need. There was also washing machine, but we didn't use it. Living room was lovely with gigantic table for all of us. Nice location - Supermarket and other needed shops are really close max. 5 minutes by walking.

We had quite a problem where to park a car as there is no parking place nearby otherwise nothing to mention.

Nothing negative to complain about with few exceptions. Dogs barking all night and day, was very irritating. would suggest 4 good big wine glasses, a sharp knife and a good tong.

Very nice, spacious and well-equipped flat just 2 mins from harbour, beach or restaurants/shops. Everything OK. The parking slot in the garage is rather for small cars, we managed to park a bigger one as well but had some fun with it. Anyway, no problem to find a slot outside. Really nice place to stay…

Awesome location, we were met at the property, showed the facilities, and provided keys. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed to rest. The decoration is very refined and minimalist Proximity to the promenade which leads to Praia Formosa all in all very comfortable. Strongly recommend for visit)

Highly recommend

It was like home away from home not a rental property. Great taste in decorations, very clean, comfortable beds, all you need in the kitchen, including even some perishables (oil, salt, sugar etc), parking (which was very convenient as it was hard to find parking on the streets). we would happily stay there for longer. Also very close to Funchal and an airport.

Some misunderstanding when we were checking out about time we have to leave the apartment.

A foreign holiday with ZERO hassle (COVID TIMES) . Even Madeira Airport was organised and efficient.

Perfect central location in a beautiful fishing village with frequent cheap bus service into Funchal to punctuate the serenity with a bit more action.

A larger outdoor space for al fresco dining with shade from sun would be perfect for me but difficult to see how this could be possible in that apartment. Be aware CAMARA is surrounded by very steep hills.

The linen, Helena has the best linen of Portugal The decoration, very refined and minimalist Proximity to the promenade which leads to Praia Formosa all in all very comfortable

curtains in master bedroom could be thicker as the streetlights are quite strong
