Horrible experience

Nothing good about the hotel the room has a lot of cockroaches and the staff are very lazy and unprofessional. Basically one the service boy told me majority of the people who stay come with prostitutes. Please remove such hotels from your booking who charge you extra hotel commission. Fee as well

The breakfast is not included and despite laying extra for the breakfast they took 2hrs telling me its preparing and coming and at the 3rd call they said there is no eggs it will take some time. Most stupid and unprofessional behavior ever faced doesn't take 2 and half hour to know that there is no eggs

I had booked it in 1200 rs but i have to pay 200 more at the property as they didn't allowed me to check in untill i paid additional 200rs as they said 1400 1500 is our minimum room rate.i contacted oyo but they did nothing and you dont even have number to have Customer care.worst experience from oyo and booking

Property owners are friendly and helpful.

It’s been always challenging to book Oyo Rooms from any platform. This time I booked via booking.com and faced same challenge. Onljne shows cheap and then property owner will ask for little more on that. So it would be great if booking.com should remove Oyo from the list.
