L'accoglienza di Uli, la sua energia e la bontà sono un qualcosa che mi porterò per sempre nel cuore. Il mio viaggio di coppia si è trasformato di colpo nella prima esperienza in solitaria e mi ha vista accolta, appena arrivata, con una cena informale sotto il bel portico della struttura. A far da contorno tante chiacchiere leggere tra ragazze ma anche momenti di profondo confronto davanti ad un buon vino. Mi sono sentita a casa, grazie di tutto!

La serratura del bagno adiacente la mia camera faticava leggermente a chiudere, ma non vi ho badato più di tanto essendo l'unica ospite in struttura in quel momento.

If you really must and aren't tall

Clean room, nice balcony, friendly cat

Owner's dogs barking, big agresive no smoking sings on EVERY wall, no space in the room, owner hovering at breakfast table, short bed with ornamental frame - no room for legs.

Tutto perfetto. Accoglienza super, praticamente come sentirsi a casa ma con massimo rispetto della privacy. Simpatia e genuinità! Colazione ottima preparata dalla proprietaria che ci ha fatto assaggiare anche il miele fatto da lei. Al check out ci ha fatto anche dei regalini che non vi anticipo perché se sarete dei buoni ospiti sicuramente ci saranno regalini anche per voi. Saremmo rimasti volentieri altri giorni se non fosse che avevamo tempi limitati per lavoro. Ci torneremo assolutamente e consigliamo il soggiorno!

Accoglienza molto cordiale con disponibilità al massimo (ero in ritardo di ore...). Posizione tranquilla e defilata con un silenzio notevole. Colazione eccellente (provate il dolce casalingo ed il miele!) con chiaccherata mattutina :-)

E' stata una piacevole scoperta, la struttura è molto curata e la proprietaria simpaticissima.

Colazione ottima, e una cosa che mi ha sorpreso è trovare in camera i cavi per la ricarica dello smartphone (cosa non scontata). Consigliato.

Een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw met veel honden waar we geen last van hadden. De kamer was zeer netjes en de omgeving zeer rustig. We kregen een sober Italiaans ontbijt met zelfgebakken taart.

Ulianna is a wonderful host!

Such a great place! Breakfast was excellent. Good value! Great hosts!

Location was ideal for the wedding I was going to. Easily accessible. Host was very accommodating.

Could've been a tad cooler than 25-26 degrees C (I get sweaty at that temperature). The 2nd night was cooler (ambient temp), so I was fine.

Family run B&B, lovely.

Parking outside the property, comfy beds and pillows, cot provided for our baby, breakfast included, WiFi works well, use of microwave for baby bottles, clean throughout and the staff. When visiting family and friends again, we will stay here again!

40minutes from Bologna airport

Only 40 minutes from Bologna airport, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. We parked our rental car in front of the building. The host cooked coffee for us and sweets although we had to leave at 6 am for the airport.

great location for short visit to Modena!

the bedroom was very comfortable, perfect for a one night stay. Julianna and her Mom were very nice, greeted us on arrival.

bathroom was small (as others have stated) we did have some problems with the water (water boiler was not working). Julianna was gracious and felt bad, she felt responsible and kindly refunded our stay.

Very good accommodation

The lady who looked after me was absolutely fantastic and very welcoming after a long journey. Breakfast was wonderful and the rooms are perfect. I would highly recommended this for anyone wishing to stay near Modena.

The owner was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, cappuccino as from a bar!;) Accommodation clean and exactly as the pictures show. Recommend this place!
