The property is in a very beautiful location. So serene, surrounded by nature.
The kids loved it. It was so clean.
Just the noise from the bar late Saturday, which I understand since they close late. Our apartment should have been just above hence all the vibrations from the loud music
4.1
The apartment was lovely
It's in the middle of nowhere no shop on site

It was clean, roomy, nice to have kitchen facilities since they were so far out of town you couldn’t walk to get food. People were friendly. Beautiful countryside.
11BP taxi to Deal and 20BP taxi to Dover. We ended up renting a car from turo.com, and that worked really well!
4.1
very well situated for the reason we was there to visit Deal Dover and Walter castles
Every thing was fine

I didn’t have breakfast as I never eat breakfast even at home. I was amazed at my room, so clean, spacious, it was so quiet and restful. The staff I met were extremely helpful and friendly. Sutton Vale I would certainly recommend.
I can’t really think of anything that I didn’t like. Can’t find fault with anything. It’s one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in.

The apartment was lovely, very clean and had everything you needed. Staff were incredibly friendly too.
The apartment was a little hot, I think if we stayed in the summer it would have been unbearable, but they did provide an air conditioning unit.
The location isn’t really in walking distance to anything which was shame as they didn’t have much onsite.

Nice clean love the location
The shower was not hot, very cold for daughter, tried to find staff in reception no one there. Last morning didn't bother to attempt shower, hard mattress back hurting, and sore. 3 year old daughter found beer can full of cigarettes on the outside seating area attached to property.

It had a very cosy feel, with nice decor, the rooms heated up quickly. Beds were comfortable. The place was clean.
There were a few things missing.
There were no clocks in the apartment, it would help to have one in the living area and bedroom.
Having access to a vacuum cleaner to keep the apartment floor clean. We were provided with washing liquid and a sponge and bin liners, but a cloth is also necessary to wipe surfaces.
There was constant disruption with the TVs image due to antennae issues.

Loved everything. From the description and reviews I knew what to expect. The apartment , apartment 1, was great, good size. The deck area was lovely, a nice cover from the rain. We were a group of 2 adults, a teen and a baby and It was perfect For everyone . Cot was a good size and we had a fold out bed for the teen which was handy , didn’t have to fold out the sofa. Bedroom is huge. Tvs are brill , 1 in bedroom , 1 in sitting room with normal channels , Netflix and prime. WiFi was great. All facilities perfect. It’s a quiet area down country roads and that suited us. There is a bar on site , we didn’t get to us it but handy To have. Self check in was perfect as we arrived so late. Full kitchen with everything you would need. Defo 10/10. Shops/restaurants no more than a 10 min drive.
Happy with everything.

Helpful staff who dealt with changing our accommodation which had been booked for a chalet which was not available. So we were upgraded to a ground floor apartment.
There was noise from the Clubhouse at the back of the apartment but it ceased when the bar closed at 11pm.

Friendly helpful staff. Up grade when the heating in th original room didnt work,. Easy parking
No food facilites/ I understanbd this was due to Covid of course Even a small shop on site would have been helpful as only nearby pub rather too far for me to walk and closed Sun eve.

great value for money & Orla couldn’t do enough for us!
only one niggle - missed having a tray in the shower to put toiletries on.
4.1
The location is great. A beautiful site, well kept. Lots of trees. Very relaxing.
Greeted by Orla who is a lovely lady, nothing is too much trouble.
Lovely bar with friendly regulars. Invited to a party on our first night.
Apartment 2 is lovely. Super comfy Bed. A Tv in the bedroom was a plus as my husband is poorly and needs to rest often. The kitchen could use more accessories, a jug , tea towels, colander etc, but this was a minor issue.
Short drive to Walmer & Deal. Walmer Castle is a must!
The only negative was the noise. The compressor/condenser is outside the bedroom window and runs constantly. Also a rumbling noise above the bedroom, (central heating boiler?)
We’d definitely stay here again, but not so near the bar!
Noisy compressor by bedroom window

Everything about the stay was just what we were looking for. A nice homely comfortable quiet stay.
We even got upgraded when our original perceptionson booking weren'twhat we thought we had booked.
The Irish lady downstairs in the bar was also delightful..
The only real problem that we had was that we arrived by cab, and therefore any extra provisions that we required, as we were self catering, couldn't be obtained on site, as there wasn't an on site shop, and the location meant there wasn't really anywhere we could stock up.
There was however a very good pub on a short diagonal walk across a field.

very clean and functional
the sink plug made a noise all the time and we had to bring our two young girls into the double room as they couldn’t sleep
4.1
It was clean and the manager/reception made sure we had everything we needed. Self check in so we knew we didn't have to arrive before a certain time.
