Jerry (owner) made sure everything was easy and without hassle. A great host for a great property.

Mataro provided all the comforts of home in the intimacy of a small cottage. Conveniently located only a stones throw from Tanunda centre which allows the indulgence of great food and wine without having to drive. Great location when visiting the various wine cellars in the area. Definitely would return.

Comfy house in good location great for 2 couples

Quaint old house with modern amenities. Great to have the wood fire. Beds very comfortable and an easy walk to every main st Tanunda

This place is perfect and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Close proximity to cafes pubs and restaurants The fireplaces as we are from Queensland The new bathroom and kitchen were perfect and attention to detail is spot on

Running out of wood and no small bin bags Couldn’t stay longer

Tanunda Perfection

Everything! Beautifully appointed. Warm and cosy. Great fireplace. Fantastic kitchen. Laundry with washer and dryer. Felt very homely. Great location. Easy walk to Murray Street and shops and cafes.

Excellent property, definitely be returning!

This is an exceptional property. Attention to detail in every room was amazing. Beautifully presented property with everything needed to make for a wonderful stay. Exceptionally clean and so comfortable. Great location, easy walk to pubs and restaurants.

Perfect

The cottage was extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. There were lots of useful extra's such as milk, tea and coffee. It was located near the centre of Tanunda and we stayed for two nights, but wished we could have stayed longer.

Pleasant stay in the Barossa Valley for a couple of nights.

Breakfast skimpy. Location good.

It looked more luxurious on the photos than in reality. Despite it being March, it was very cold inside the house

Throughly enjoyable.

Excellent location, near the Main Street. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Everything you would possibly need. So well equipped. Delightful period cottage in excellent condition with quality furnishings

Loved it. Very relaxing.

Liked having the whole house as it was nice and roomy and comfortable.

Very minor but couldn't seem to get streaming services on TV. In no way detracted from our stay though

Perfectly presented house with all our essential very well covered. Recently renovated to a very high standard.

The ONLY small thing I'd change is to have a choice of different size and weigh pillows. Many thanks and fabulous house.

Fantastic location in quiet street and close to main shopping/restaurant streets. Immaculate inside and beautiful garden outside.

we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cottage to others going to Tanunda.

location to main street and very well presented. Great communication with owner and comfortable beds and sofas.Heating was fabulous as was the well stocked kitchen in terms of utensils. The cheese platter on arrival was a lovely touch.

The towels could be larger and thicker .The pillows are also not comfortable but seemed cheap and polyester in quality.

We were able to walk to the main area for dining and entertainment- our first night was a log fire , solo singer guitarist and great food - dream evening

Cozy well located cottage for restaurants cafes and shops. Beds and pillows are comfy. And the room is large. Modern bathroom featuring a bath. Full laundry with extra toilet. Kitchen is large with modern appliances.. Fully stocked with cutlery plates glasses etc.. Streaming to theTV from your device is a bonus.

Lighting May not be bright enough for some. Parking on-site only as streets are narrow.
