Very good

Overall, I liked the hotel. It has character and it is centrally located in Lubumbashi dependant on your reason for being there.

I did not like the room security. The door could not be securely locked with even a dead bolt and there was no safe in the room for documents/valuables. The food menu was also expensive.

Good enough for the busy week I stayed, price reasonable during that period.

Clean quiet courtyard facing room. Live Congolese music nice, tho hard to sleep before they end about 10pm. Friendly helpful staff

No hot water, no shower curtain and weak water pressure.

Our stay was pleasant and we carried out our mission in complete safety

No comments on the food. The location is good as the hotel is in the centre of the city. The reception of the staff is excellent and in addition the staff is courteous and helpful.

We did not like the mosquitoes in the room. We asked for the insect spray at the reception. No answer until we left the hotel. You have to listen when the customer asks for something. If there is nothing, you have to give the answer, yes or no.

Overall it was good experience with Park hotel.

Breakfast has varities and I stayed from 28th February to 8th March, everyday I found different meals in breakfast. Staff is very friendly and supportive.

Wifi internet is very poor.

Very good accommodation worth the two weeks if you ever plan to stay Who is if you e in Lubumbashi!

I very much enjoyed the high quality cuisine. Was given a wide range of choice when it came to breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff were great! Very much welcomed us in the hotel and the band in the evening was fantastic!

Friendly & helpful staff. Walking distance to various supermarkets & takeaway outlets.

Rooms in front exposed to extremely noisy road from 5am to 9pm. Moved to another quieter room overlooking the courtyard but still lucky to get any warm water.

great place of you want to feel a classic Lubumbashi experience

A very atmospheric place, with a nice - dated - vibe. The staff at the desk is excellent. Rooms are a bit dated and the bathroom in my room was a bit odd but they are clean, spacious and comfortable. You have to like Congolese rumba as there is often a (good) band playong in the evening… food is ok.

The breakfast buffet is not very nice. Staff in the restaurant and bar could be a bit more ‘enthusiastic’…

Booking Com told me 90 USD per day and At the facility they asked me to meet the manager for discount. This is my first time to experience such inconvenience for the past 10 years I have been dealing with booking Com. However I am still at the facility and if my situation is not sort out I will leave the place. Thank u

I liked my stay at Park Hotel with nice food and lovely staff.

I liked the breakfast for being on the announced time of 6:30 AM. also Park Hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the shopping area.

Airport bus for the hotel to welcome the guests and to transfer them to the airport.
