Location was ok
Coldest night I can remember. Arrived in subzero temperature - windows open! Heating went off 10pm. Shivered in bed under thin duvet (not tog 15 as claimed) until 3.30 am put clothes back on and got back in bed. No extra bedding. Hardly any sleep, impacted work next day
Automatic light went off twice in quick shower. Superficially clean but needing deep clean edges and corners.
After paying for stay on Booking.com they won't release key code until you provide them with payment card. Didn't release 'deposit' until following week
Definitely will not use again.

I loved everything
It was everything perfect

Great location and good size
Felt very cold after the heating was turned off. It must be on a timer that did not keep the apartment warm for long enough. I was in No.2 which was closest to the basement and that door does not close properly to the back door. Even though I had the radiators turned on to max, the heating didn’t come on after a certain hour which made the evenings extremely uncomfortable unless I had my coat on or many jumpers on in the bed and under the duvet.
I also attempted to remove the bin liner from the bin to take out my rubbish, but it seems to have many holes in the liner which meant I couldn’t pull it out from the bin without making further mess on the floor and with nothing to clear it up, I.e dust pan/ brush/ broom. I’m not sure if you need to look into pest control, as it looked like a mouse could’ve been eating at the bin liner

The room was spacious.
The room was dusty and cupboard was not clean. Dryers were not working well. It may be good to share or provide instruction in the laundry area about the washing machine and dryer. The two heaters were not strong and may not be sufficient to make the room warm during winter. Wifi connection was not good, so much lagged time when watching video.
3.6
Close to the centre, to the coach station, shops and restaurants in neigbourhood.
A lot of broken or neglected things. Owners shoud do more maintenance and cleaning.
3.6
13 minutes to harbour
Broken windows blinds and shower door
3.6
Clean tidy and convenient
Tumble dryers filled with water and didn’t work, black bag left in hallway, made it really smelly.

Check in email didnt contain main entrance door code.

It was absolutely lovely, nice and clean and spacious and bright

Location
I have sent pictures to the letting agent (with no response)
The flat was dirty, with issues in the bathroom; constant flushing toilet, sink was broken.
Cobwebs, mould and smelt unpleasant
3.6
There was an iron which was convenient, the beds were comfortable and it was great to be able to check in even very late
The quality of the facilities was bad, the temperature of the shower was fixed on very hot and was able to be changed
3.6
Mostly fine
No smart TV, these days iplayer, netflix etc ought to be available.
Although the accommodation was mostly very clean, there was some debris on the Kitchen work top (sugar I think) and a little food stuck to the sides of the sink.
The blind was broken, so it couldn't be fully closed.
On arrival The room was very stuffy (and had a stuffy smell), mainly due to the heat. It would have been nice if a window had been opened prior to arrival.
There was a ridiculous number of messages from booking.com. Most were just noise or repetitions of previous messages and essential info (like door codes) was split across various messages. Put it all in one message and send it once :)

Close to the city
Security deposit of £150 wasn't mentioned on the initial write up.

The location and the whole apartment was cute. I really liked the rustic architecture and cute interior design.
The smoke alarm detector was too sensitive. It triggered even when the oven baked something. Other than that everything else was great.
3.6
The property had all the good old basic needs met.
The property could of been a bit cleaner.
3.6
the view out the window was absolutely lovely and the bed was so comfortable!
3.6
Beds and location were great
Ants in both downstairs bedrooms and shower door broken
3.6
Location...extremely convenient
Good window double glazing
Very inflexible check in times if needed earlier
No answer to calls on Sunday
Food Odour in room on arrival...Air freshener could be used.
Untidy entrance...found rubbish bags and garbage but probably left by non residents
Bathroom good Size but no storage places.
Complicated deposit system even for short stay.
Números messages prior to stay sometimes things can be made more concise to find key information
Notice in room saying not to raise wooden blinds as they may break....shouldn't they be fixed???

location. clean suited are needs excellent
everything was excellent

The location was excellent to be able get out and explore the tourist sights of Bristol. Ideally located in the student quarter which meant there were lots of intereting eateries within walking distance
Nothing

Bed was comfy...
The whole apartment hadn't been cleaned by the time we arrived at around 4pm. Once I had called the agents and they had sent a cleaner (I had to get get ready for my evening whilst he was still there) we still found the "clean towels" were dirty when my partner had a shower this morning and our coffee tasted funny which is weird because I brought my own coffee sachets so I'm guessing something is wrong with the kettle? Had to keep the windows open all night because the radiators were on permanently which also annoyed us because of the morning traffic waking us up so early...
I've never had a problem previously (last stay was 2019) but this time has put me off coming back... has something changed in regards to management of the property?
3.6
Comfortable bed. Location good unless you want the 02 arena.
Didn't like having to walk up four floors in the carpark as blocked off by workmen and another three in the property. Stayed six days ago and still waiting for our deposit back.
3.6
Good apartment, equiped with what you'd need for a couple of nights
Location a little noisy at night
3.6
Conveniently situated. Large room, good heating, bed was comfortable if narrow. Kitchen decent.
The bathroom wasn’t nice. There were hairs and a bit of foil on the shower floor behind the doors. The wall beside the sink, especially below sink level was very grubby.
No shelves or hooks in the bathroom - only place to hang towels and wash bag was on the floor.
Seats seemed to be plasticised garden chairs which weren’t very comfortable.
Lots of (old) cobwebs garlanding the cornice, which made it look rather unloved.
3.6
The bedding was cleaned and fresh. The bed was comfy to sleep on. The location of the bedroom is good for viewing and it's also closer to the city centre
The windows need proper blinds for the four seasons of the year. The toilet, shower, and the side lamps need to be cleaned more.
3.6
Nice location very nice room good window view
Bedding wasn't clean there damaged mirror in toilet there was a black toilet roll so guessing mould but apart from that very good
3.6
Facilities in apartment were great. Bed was very comfortable. Shower very good.
Walking home was a challenge due to location and steep inclines. Solved by getting a bus to top of Park Street. Rubbish left outside front door for some reason. Instructions clearly state to use bins in garden.
3.6
modern fittings
dusty hair found in shower and oven not clean.
3.6
Bed comfy, shower good location for myself .
Cleanliness let it down outside corridor paintwork looked tired , same in the room, dust on skirting boards and other surfaces. no dishwasher but washing up was difficult as no plug for the sink. The freezer in the fridge needed defrosting, oven tray in oven dirty not been checked. Also most annoying the light in bathroom was on a timer/sensor switch so every 3-4 mins would go off, so if in shower you had to keep opening the door to make light comeback on!
Obviously is used by students in term time.
Lots of stairs up to the apartment I was in no lift.
3.6
Good location
Noisy neighbours, no customer service, smell of weed, dirty crockery
3.6
No breakfast
