The furnishings and style of the hotel are so adorable, clean and beautiful! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly.

Beautiful, well-maintained property. Cute, comfy rooms. Lovely breakfast. Great location close to the best restaurants in Bogota.
Staff does not speak any English- so communication is a bit difficult. Ordering breakfast is a task too. The front desk is not functional throughout the day.

It is a lovely, small hotel, only 4 rooms but has a delightful vibe and the attached vegan restaurant is outstanding. Everyone was wonderful and we would definitely stay again.

The check out process was a bit confusing but in the end it all worked out.

Beautiful and friendly, it feels like a home away from home. Also the breakfast is incredible.
It’s very small and doesn’t have a 24 hour front desk, which can make communicating a little bit challenging when travel plans change. That said, we had no issues.

The neighborhood was so cute and welcoming, and very safe, with many great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself is small, only 4 rooms, but our room itself was large and the bed was so comfortable. I had not slept that well in a long time. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each day of our stay, which was DELICIOUS. A made-to-order breakfast that was a taste of the local cuisine. Be sure to get the bread (el pan) with your meal as it was the best toasted bread I had ever had. At night, the attached restaurant specializes in vegetarian dishes and great drinks. We stopped in for drinks and appetizers before we ventured out, and I am so glad we did. Yum!
We had no complaints whatsoever. We had an amazing time here and highly recommend anyone stay here if they are considering Bogota. What a great place to stay! Thank you, Casa Lelyte and staff. We will be back!

This place is small and perfect. Very stylish and with great staff. Everything from the decor to the food was excellent. I can't wait to come back.

Casa Lelyte in Bogota is a hidden gem that I highly recommend. The fresh breakfast is a standout feature, with everything made from scratch and unique food and drinks. The friendly staff is another highlight, always willing to help and make your stay comfortable. The location is also great, situated in the Chapinero district of the city, making it a perfect spot for a visit to Bogota or a staycation. But what really sets Casa Lelyte apart is its eclectic interior design, with great style and lovely bathrooms. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Casa Lelyte and would definitely stay there again.
After staying at the location, I would like to provide some constructive criticism regarding the crooked hanging photograph on the staircase. While the eclectic interior design is a standout feature of the location, the crooked hanging photography in the staircase detracts from the overall aesthetic.

The design of the building was interesting. The room was comfortable and the breakfast area was beautiful and lush with plants. The location was convenient to some excellent dining options. It could be a good option for very independent travelers who do not want to be bothered by others. The arrival communication went well.
I do not think it would be the best for first time visitors to Bogota, like myself, or possibly some other solo female travelers. Overnight there was NO ONE else, including staff, in the building from about 5pm to about 8am; this was a bit disconcerting. When returning in the evening there weren't any lights left on.

The complimentary breakfast is amazing- as good as any breakfast anywhere. The eggs, fruit/yogurt cup, bread, coffee and fresh juice was heavenly!

Good meals! Friendly staff
I was surprised the hotel was empty and unstaffed on some evenings

Most of the staff was great, attentive, and caring. But one person in charge of the reservation was not very knowledgeable. Perhaps overworked? He was also the barman.
The restaurant offers very creative vegan food of excellent quality.
The location is terrific.
The BIG problem with casa Lelyte is that the main business is the restaurant and the hotel seems to be an afterthought. They play constantly loud music (until 10pm) which is heard from the rooms (only 4, by the way). The last day of my stay (a Friday) they had a very loud party that kept going until late in the night (later that 11:30pm) . In their favor, after complaining, they stopped the noise, ended the party and the owner apologized profusely and even refunded the last day of stay.

The room and bed were very comfortable, and the restaurant served great breakfast and cocktails.

I loved the room and the location. The staff were excellent and despite the language gap we found creative ways to communicate. I checked in late, and they were there waiting for me despite the fact that the hotel is very small - 4 rooms.
The only thing for those that like to go to bed early is that downstairs is an amazing restaurant and you can hear music and conversation from your room. It didnt bother me, but if you like your room to be soundproof, you may not want to stay at this hotel.

very accessible, close to restaurants
Loud at night. Restaurant was supposed to shut down at 10p, but there was music and people talking/screaming until 2a.

The breakfast is delicious and they catered for an early start for us.
The restaurant has wonderful food for dinner.
It was very quiet in the evenings - including Friday and Saturday nights.
The staff were friendly and willing to assist when we had queries.
Good value for money.
There is no one on the premises early or late at night - this was not a problem generally, however we did panic when we thought we were locked in and were rushing to the airport.

The place is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. Perfect spot for a visit to Bogota or a staycation. Chapinero is also super fun!
You are left by yourself in the house at night

The location is perfect for walking around Chapinero and it's a short drive away from other highlights in Bogotá. This area is very safe and staying here was so welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Loved the old fashioned atmosphere and decoration of the hotel. Small, confortable, well located and super cozy
The food portion could be bigger

Great location (hip and safe neighborhood close to restaurants etc), amazing design!
This is more like an Airbnb than a hotel. There are only four rooms and you will often feel like the only person staying here. They give you keys, but often don’t have a person at the front desk (and are COMPLETELY closed on Sundays). However when I needed a towel on a Sunday, I called a number on a card they gave me and someone came and delivered one later, which was greatly appreciated!!
Wifi is also VERY slow. I couldn’t even use it
