An unexpected place of respite in my extended stay in Spokane.

Great CLEAN economical place to stay! Only a few years old, with distance to nearby hospitals. The hotel offers a discount to those whose stay is due to visiting family/friends in hospital. I stayed for two weeks while my brother was at MultiCare Deaconess. The staff was so kind and went out of their way while I was there. I cannot recommend it more to visiting family/friends.

I honestly cannot think of something I didn’t care for at the hotel. I didn’t visit the pool or gym. No complaints-how often does that happen?!

Wonderful

It was open, and the pool wasn’t insane w different parties w children. It was nice, breakfast was great! Even let my sister in law stay w the kids an hr later so I could make it back in time w car seats which is so amazing. Super friendly staff!

We were impressed with the hotel and felt Luis was a great

Lovely room, decorated nicely and functional design. Beautiful lobby and breakfast area. The breakfast exceeded expectations- lots of choices -all of which were delicious. Helpful, friendly staff!

The location is right by a hospital. There wasn’t a lot to walk to that we could see, but downtown is a short drive away.

Beautiful hotel with uncomfortable bed

I like the location and appreciate aesthetics and beautiful design in the hotel. Also I like that they provide a crib for our baby. Hotel smells wonderful!

I wish they would clean rooms mode often than every four days. The biggest disappointment is super hard beds. My husband and I woke up with massive backaches. We traveled quite a bit and those beds probably are most uncomfortable. They are really hard as a rock. It was uncomfortable to sleep.

The location is convenient and close to many places. The hotel, staff, rooms, especially the breakfast was superb!! We as a family love staying at the Hampton Inn!! It’s always felt like a relaxing vacation! Also a great hotel to unwind and also have fun! The cost for the hotel is also very reasonable!! Especially for the experience and continuing awesome experiences we’ve had!! It’s definitely one of our favorite hotels!!

Quiet, Clean & Comfortable

The hotel was awesome, staff were friendly, the hotel was very clean, modern and in great shape, seemed almost new. The beds were very comfortable, breakfast was good. The pool area was exceptionally clean and although a little on the small side was still very nice. Wifi was also very good.

The parking garage was a little tight for someone with a truck but was overall pretty good. The roads around the hotel really could use some fixing up. I thought the price for a 2 night stay was a little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.

Great hotel in a convenient location that a single female traveler would feel safe staying at.

It is a new hotel and we had a great view. I was a little confused as I know Spokane and could not picture a Hampton In Downtown. It is not truly downtown in the bar/restaurant scene, it is across the freeway on the hill by Sacred Heart Hospital. That didn't both us but you couldn't really walk from downtown if that is what somebody wants. I will definitely stay there again.

Expensive, loud, and kinda trashy.

it looked nice enough and clean.

it’s surrounded by hospitals so expect to be woken up numerous times by ambulances, and I don’t know why but they give you the smallest trash bins possible, so if you have diapers expect to fill them up quickly and expect to have quite a bit of trash with no where to put it, they also clean the pool at random times with no time given (I was told pool and gym were 24 hours) but every time I went to swim it was being cleaned, I know it has to be cleaned but wish I would’ve been given a timeframe so I didn’t upset my son (the whole reason I choose the hotel was for the pool), and although the hotel seemed nice it was awkward going past a bunch of police arresting someone in the hallway as I was making my way to my room, for how expensive it was I was expecting higher quality and a more comfortable stay, instead it felt uncomfortable, loud, and ghetto, I gave this hotel a shot as it had high ratings but I most definitely will never stay here again.

Unprofessional staff. The staff was not wearing clean clothes. I thought homeless people were stealing out the back door. I informed the front desk. They checked it out and informed me that it was part of their staff.

From the minute we walked in the door we were treated like royalty. The staff was kind and helpful and super sweet. The room was comfortable and incredibly clean and well taken care of. We slept great and had a wonderful stay.

Great, clean location with city views

Decent breakfast and great views of the city from the hotel. Very clean facility and the hot tub and pool are open 24 hours which is awesome.

Parking for oversized vehicles is limited and the garage is very tight.
