Nice and clean.
Didn’t like that room service dishes weren’t picked up. Opened the door and the food from the night before was still sitting there and stinking up the area. Also, I feel that parking should be free when staying at the property.
4.5
Traveling solo I always appreciate a secure and safe hotel.

Space
The appliances in room didn’t work.
4.5
The bed was the right firmness with four pillows.
It seemed to be too loud sometimes at night as groups of people moved through the hall.
4.5
Location is convenient for walking to Riverfront Park and many nearby restaurants.
We had a room with 2 King beds and both were too soft. Each had a longitudinal "hill" with "valleys" on each side from wearing out.

Loved how clean and comfortable the room was!
I’ve stayed at hotels across the US and never once have I been forced to use the card with my name on it. I have custom debit cards and because they don’t have my name on them the front desk wouldn’t accept it. Very odd thing.

The front desk was very nice, but I can’t say much else.
Years later after Covid restrictions have been lifted, the hotel has not returned to normal. The fifth floor, where I was placed, was really dirty. Because the carpet is so dark anything white or discolored is going to show up; the whole hallway leading to room 550 was littered with garbage and crumbs from room service trays. Also, upon my arrival, I’d requested the cleaning crew to come in the next day with new towels, and to make the beds, but it did not happen. I had to call again the next day to ask if they’d forgotten to follow through. But, then much later in the day, a woman came in; she appeared angry, and threw some towels down, but didn’t make the bed. I don’t know what I paid for other than to stay at a hotel that’s not anywhere near what I recall from years of visits; we stay at the Davenport often because our family has gone or is going to Gonzaga university. I don’t want to sound like a entitled snot, but I work hard for my money and spend it sparingly in this horrible economy, and after a 5 Hour Drive to Spokane it would have been great to stay in a clean room, and instead of stressing about towels, calling the front desk numerous times or feeling uncomfortable with an angry cleaning crew, to receive the quality of care at the Davenport for the price that I pay. I’m supposed to return on it October 4, and I am looking at other hotels. I know I’m just one person so it’s not going to matter, but we are gold or platinum members and have traveled millions of miles, so it’s hard to to witness the decline at the Davenport but I want to see if another hotel can provide better care.

The beds are so comfortable!
The shower pressure was weak.

We noticed that housekeeping didn't do a complete job of tidying the room while we were out. Beds were left unmade. That's the only issue that really stood out. Thanks

Well lit and comfortable
I was charged over $200 for a meal at the restaurant that was not me. It was charged to our room. When I Called to get it taken care of they didn’t immediately take the charge off. I was told they would look into it and get back to me at a later date. My credit card already been charged so I thought there should’ve been more urgency. I will probably not stay there again. Especially if someone else can charge a $200 meal to my room.

The rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The location was great for walking.

Good location.
Food was mediocre and restaurant service was SLOOOOOW.
4.5
Clean and nice view. Lots of room.
No fridge.

Room 455 at the davenport grand.
There was hair dried to the wall of the shower, as well as an undefined brown substance dried on the shower wall. The sheets where dirty and or stained with spots on them. checking in cost me 38.15 from your parking garage. (I had to check in before dinner and a show that we were in town for.) That's a nice scam for screwing your guests.
4.5
Good location easy to navigate nice rooms, nice restaurants in the building
Very thin pillows and bedding, restaurants and room service closed earlier than we would have liked and was told by the staff
4.5
Restaurant, distance to the mall, spa products in the rooms, the view. It was all great!
Valet was priced high. Mattresses were ok, but not the most comfortable.
4.5
Very classy !
No fridge, parking fee, expensive room service breakfast
4.5
nice room with 2 king beds
having to pay nearly $30.00 for parking our car!

Liked how the shower was separated from the bathtub along with the overall space in the tub. Like the fire place.
Did not like the natural temp. The sheets were thin and light. Bath tub was very slick.

Great service and property

It was a nice hotel. The visuals were nice. The beds are super soft.
For the price of this hotel, it was very limiting. There's no microwave in the room. The soda was a pull out bed but there was no outlets next to said bed. The shower set up is weird.

Gabriel the valet was awesome so was Jordan the valet. Wonderful check in with Sheehan too.

Location
Very cold decor in rooms, and they charge 35 dollars for parking even though we were guests at their facility.
4.5
The location to the Performing Arts Center is perfect. There’s a bridge connecting so there’s no need to go outside. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby.
Nothing

Beautiful building, views and decor. Kind and welcoming staff.
Mirrors in room and window were not cleaned in a while it seemed fingerprints and dust spots from build up over time. Duvet on the bed needs replaced as it has been washed so many times it’s flat as a sheet and has clumps in the duvet squares.
4.5
Everything was satisfactory. Based on the name and website advertising I was expecting more luxury and better furnishing/decor. But it was a fine stay.
Everything felt like you were doing the minimum and cutting corners. With a name like Davenport Grand I'd expect some nicer things...better lotion/soaps, more comfortable pillows, warm fluffy blankets, slippers for going to the pool etc.
Your hotel Whisky bar however, was terrible. Worse than airline food. I'd recommend firing your chef and actually spending money on decent quality food.

Amazing, luxurious

The King size beds. Location and proximity to restaurants and Riverfront Park. Quiet rooms. Liked the evening entertainment.
We specifically asked the front desk for housekeeping services on Saturday, but did not receive it. Do not like access to and from hotel to parking garage. It is complicated.

Concert was right across the street from hotel. perfect location
too expensive

My adult daughter and I loved the double King spacious room! The mirrors behind each bed made the room look even larger. There was plenty of bench space for luggage, etc. The walk in shower had nice French soap products, too. We were there to attend the ballet across the street at the events center.
Nothing

Nice property, Good Location
Front end staff poorly trained
Endless noise from street racers in the streets around the facility and it appears no law enforcement or Hotel staff are
interested in shutting it down
