Noisy and basic

Complex is in a Fantastic location in Adeje. Agua machine available Clean

Complex was extremely noisy with dogs barking all through the night and neighbours parrot screeching all day long. Our balcony never got any sunshine. The futon in the living room was so uncomfortable we couldn't sit down on it. The kitchen with one electric socket is unworkable. There was only one microwavabke dish and everything stuck to the frying pans.

Badly organised but fair accommodation for the price

location is good for the bars and the beach

Most people arrive at a weekend I feel, it was annoying to be asked to pay an extra €40 to be met on sight with the keys or pick them up from another location. We decided to pick up from the key station. We had no key to access the complex and waited over 30mins for someone who was staying there to be able to get in. We had to meet in the office on Sunday morning for a key. Then had to go to the office on Monday morning to check in! You really don’t need this on holiday, I don’t understand how apartment managers aren’t available for arrival times.

I liked the location

The apartment was very clean but for the money I paid it wasn't very comfortable very basic for what I paid every time I put the rings on to cook anything the electric tried out so we had to eat out all the time ,plus it wasn't the apartment we booked

The location was good

advertised as an Appartment but it was a studio. Small and very tired. Balcony in the shade all day.

Good location and nice and quiet at night time

The beds creaked and were so noisy I woke every time I moved. They need updating, as does the bath which had chips out of it.

Great location, good applicance but cheap furniture. Hidden cash fees for late night check-in

The Location and it was clean. Terrace was nice. Coffee maker, hob, cluttery and dishes included. Fridge was great. Playa del Duque is great and any close beach. Parking outside property and it is a bit tricky, not sure how easy would be to park with 100% occupation.

The hidden fee 25€ (in cash only) for late check-in. The 200EUR deposit for getting the keys (it was fully refunded after the property was inspected). No air conditioning. Not comfortable beds and furniture (I am a big guy, for smaller ones it should be fine). Uncomfortable sofa.

Fantastic,just what we needed

The location was perfect,close to the beach,restaurants,bars and shops.The apartment had everything we needed. Our host Sandra was very nice and friendly and personally took us to the apartment. We had a wonderful stay and we are definitely coming back.

Coming back to a freezing Scotland :(

Superb

The complex has a closed area with restricted access, which is good. It is just ten minutes walk from the beach and 2 minutes from the private pool. The pool is clean and not very crowded. Beach is with the sand cover and quite convenient even for small children. Two big aqua parks are in the distance of walking reach, including Siam Park. Also there is a free Siam Park bus passing by the complex. Many shops nearby. There is a 24 hour shop within 5 minutes of walking. Overall location is very good. Ocean is seen from the balcony. No loud neighbors. >50 channels on TV and stable i-net connection. Free parking just outside the complex territory. Hosts are always responding for requests quite fast and are very affable.

It will be nice to add the dishwashing machine to apartment's equipment. Air conditioner will be good too, even it is possible to stay without it, sometimes I wished it was there.

Excellent location, panoramic view over the see, extremely clean and tidy apartment. All appliances provided and in good working order. Hostess was extremely friendly and pleasant and the welcoming gift was a very nice surprise
