Fornuftigt hotel til overnatning

Imødekommende og hjælpsom receptionist ved ankomst. Fin størrelse rum (enkelt senge) med bløde senge.

Kompakt badeværelse med vasken placeret i rummet med sengene.

The room is too small,the stuff was not very friendly,but for couple of nights you can survive

The location is not bad

The room is too small,the baby bed barely passed inside and we have to pay additional money for it despite it was not mentioned previously.As well when we arrived baby bed was not reserved for some reason and in the end we git one but it was very worn-out.i had a feeling that baby bed sheets were not really fresh

A pochi passi dal centro di Heidelberg

La posizione dell’hotel è davvero strategica e consente di raggiungere il centro della città a piedi. La ragazza alla reception è stata molto gentile e i ha dato tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. La camera era molto pulita, e nonostante fosse piuttosto piccola era dotata di tutto (ci hanno anche fatto trovare una graditissima bottiglia d’acqua). C’è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in una stanza al piano e passare a riprenderli in autonomia grazie all’apposita chiave.

Dato le dimensioni esigue della stanza i letti singoli non sono vicini, ma uno si piedi dell’altro.

Great location, and the value for money was reasonable.

The location was great, the coffee coin was a nice treat. The sink in the room was very practical, and the ensuite bathroom was really convenient. Checking in was quick, simple and easy as well.

The bed felt a little out of balance. If I wasn’t lying directly in the middle I’d feel myself slightly sliding off the sides of the mattress.

Comfortable place to stay one night for our train trip

Clean and spacious rooms, close to good coffeeshops and walking distance from both the station and the city center.

The design of the room was a bit simple, but nothing to complain about really.

We could enjoy the peaceful ambience and relaxed during our stay.

Overall stay was very good. Self check-in system was easy and very convenient. Room was clean and good location. 1 tram ride away from Hbf.

Bathroom facilities could be more sophisticated. Room size could be bigger.

Superb

Hotel location is very good. We walked to the hotel from train station and then went all touristic places by walk. Room was very clean and warm , thanks to all staff. I always feel anxious about self check in's, but this was really easy understandig and fast. Receptionists always helped us when we asked anything, and done if it is possible. After check out we put our bags to luggage room until train time.

There are something that can be developed and be better. One of them is pillows, they are extremely soft that it was hard to be comfort for me. The middle area was not comfortable as the double bed was made up of two singles combined. It would be more useful to have more hangers in the room and bathroom. These are small and improvable suggestions, other everything was great thank you :)

clean a big room, efficient automated check-in

Good location, clean and big room, well renovated, 100% Ikea furniture in good shape (quite new). 3 bottles of water, coffee, tea and kettle much appreciated. The automated check-in was very efficient. Appart from the housekeeping ladies we did not see any human during our stay... It worked.

No parking lot, but we knew that ahead of our arrival. Only it is not very convenient in Heidelberg as surface parking is expensive and limited in duration during the day. We went for an underground parking.

I'll definitely stay there again.

It is very centrally located and walking distance (~15 minutes) to the train station and Bismarckplatz and old town. Very quiet neighbourhood even though the hotel is in the middle of town. There's no breakfast but that are several bakeries nd cafes around to grab something yummy. The automatic check-in system worked fine. The room was nice and tidy.

The single bed was a bit too narrow and squeaky.

Bad value and worse pillows

A good location is pretty much everything good you can say about the hotel.

The value for the hotel is quite bad. If you would pay half the price, there would be nothing to argue about. The rooms are very minimalistic. The worst thing if all was the quality of the pillows. The worst I've ever seen in any hostel/hotel.

Friendly and clean

A very good experience indeed! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. They also had a luggage room so that I was able to check out in the morning and come back to pick up my luggage in the afternoon, which helped a lot if you have errands during the day. Will recommend!

the tv was initially not functioning. Good thing I don’t really use it anyway.

Convenient location close to the city centre.

convenient location close to the old town in a quiet street. property was clean with fairly new basic furniture (IKEA). Good for a no frills short city stay.

bathroom was tiny and lacking a hand wash basin which was instead located in the room. the single bed was placed with the headboard not backed against a wall and wobbly which made sitting upright in the bed for TV/reading not very comfortable.

The shower was the only problem during my stay. The pressure was too low and the temperature immediately went cold without warning.
