Ein kleines Juwel

Sehr freundliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter, ein ausgesprochen geschmackvolles Ambiente sowohl des Hotels, der Zimmer als auch des Restaurants in einem historischen Gebäude. Das Essen im Restaurant ( die Maronensuppe war besonders köstlich ! ) als auch die Auswahl der Getränke waren sehr gut. Die Lage war perfekt neben der Alten Brücke, auf die wir vom Zimmer aus sogar sehen konnten. Die Betten waren wunderbar, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.. Der Eingangsbereich und das Restaurant zudem noch stilvoll weihnachtlich geschmückt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Hat seinen Zweck erfüllt, alles in Ordnung.

Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man mittendrin sein möchte.

Für den Preis hätte ich mir noch einen kleinen Ticken mehr erwartet.

Comfortable stay

The location is very central easy to walk to old town. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff we came across are friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are delicious.

No coffee tea facility in the room.

excellent location, nice hotel, too expensive

The location is excellent and the hotel is nice. However the room did not even have a frigo bar and air conditioning. In general is too expensive for the price paid.

We could not see the beautiful view from the balcony because of a tree which had not been tended to in years needed to be pruned back.

A lovely hotel in an ideal location with walks along the river and close to the Old Town.

Perfect location by the river and the motorcycle parking with the old town close-by. The hotel was nicely furnished and the courtyard where breakfast was served was lovely. The young lady on the reception was very friendly and welcoming. A lovely town to visit.

For our motorcycle, parking was very close-by. Not sure where you'd park if travelling by car. Nothing to not like.

A very positive experience.

Clean, great location, very friendly staff, very cool building. We really enjoyed staying here and our interactions with the staff were positive. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Heidelberg.

Cozy in style

Very nice rooms, cozy and stylish. Breakfast was good, too. Perfect location for exploring Heidelberg. Bus stop around the corner (direct and frequent service to main station), and taxi stop about 100m away.

Great location. Very big room with a lovely scenic view.

There was no tea or coffee making facilities. This should be a basic requirement for a hotel room.

Nice

it looks authentic from the outside and modern from the inside. The staff (Sebastian) were so friendly and helpful, brightened our stay more. The property was clean and cleaner was patient and helpful. The rooms look nice different.

The mattresses were too soft.

So good in everything you could imagine. Great staff, incredible location about 50 meters from the bridge, the room was beautiful. 10 out of 10 from us

The location was amazing! The staff was very nice. Really cute small rooms. Dogs are welcome.

The rooms were really small and home office is a little hard to pull off by two people.
