Posizione centrale, colazione ottima. Stanze spaziose e pulite.

The location was great, it was about 7 minutes walk to the Plaza de Armas and 2 minutes to San pedro market.
The breakfast was really good and nutritious, there was good variety of foods.
The staff was helpful and super friendly, though we could not always understand each other.
Rooms were clean and comfortable and the little courtyard was really beautiful.
You could also book your tours with them directly!

4.1
Fijn hotel in Cusco.
4.1
It is really near to the Plaza the Armas and San Pedro market.
The breakfast is really nice and nutritious, good variety of food.
Staff is really friendly and helpful.
Place is quiet even though its in the middle of the city, nice little courtyard where you can hang around.

Ivan is amazing . He will help you way and beyond . The rooms are clean , water are hot ( since I saw a lot people complain about that in Cusco). They will prepare breakfast for you when you leave earlier for your tours . Fresh and clean towels extra blanket in case you get cold during the the night . Amazing location . Me and my dad walk to every restaurant . And every where . Was so good pls book this hotel give a shot you guys won’t regret .
I like everything 💖

Beautiful traditional boutique hotel.

Ruhiger, schöner Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheiten, komfortable Betten, geschmackvolle Einrichtung,

Kind and friendly stuff. They tried to make my stay in this place better than in was. Beautiful design of room and pretty spacious. 10 minutes walking from main square. The hotel organized me free transfer for compensation.
When I arrived, the bed in my room was full of hair and dirt. They gave me another room for one night that was even worse. One small window in corridor, so total dark, extremely cold, I slepl in jacket and hat. Dirty bed with hair as well. Day after I moved back to room I booked. They didn't change the bedsheets, just took out hair. 90% of time no hot water. Ona day there were no water at all, no electricity and wifi for few hours. The wifi was warking just near window, so I couldn't surf the net from the bed. The towels were dirty as well. Few times I took out ants from the bed. They charged from my card extra 8$, for which I could order transfer bymyself. So their compensation was nothing. I were in 4 places in Cusco, so for that money you can find better accomodation for sure.

Hotel is cozy and beautiful, location was a little bit farther away from plaza de armas but nothing crazy.
Breakfast was a little confusing, the first morning we couldn’t eat breakfast, we had early tour, I saw some reviews saying they offered a box to take on the morning tours but the guy in the reception didn’t say anything to us, the second morning I went for breakfast and it was nice, I was alone in the room, no other guests were there, just the staff, I was thinking it would be nice to have some eggs but not complains, they had pretty good breakfast, the third morning I went with my son and I was thinking the same…. This breakfast just needed some eggs and it would be perfect …Anyway we were just the 2 of us and the staff, they asked about the room number and that’s all, THEN a family came for breakfast and the first thing they offered were eggs!!! Like really?!!!! I was so disappointed, why they didn’t mention it to us? So… make sure you ask for eggs if you want lol.

Location is perfect, really close to Plaza de Armas, San Pedro Market and Train Station
I went to Machu Picchu and left my luggage there, when I came back my luggage was already in my new room waiting for me
The second room had a good and warm shower
The shower from my first room was a little bit weak and not warm enough
Breakfast started 6:30 which was a little bit late depending on your activity of the day that usually starts pretty soon

I liked the colonial era building and the delicious breakfast with fresh fruit
Everything was good - train horns often but not a big deal

Everything was great.
Just wished they offered hair conditioner ;) I forgot to buy some!
4.1
good location close to San Pedro market and the square
noise, the sound echos from the courtyard and people were loud in the shared spaces. when you have to wake up at 3:30 for a 4 am pickup don’t expert to go to sleep before 11 pm with others around. Bring earplugs and keep your alarm under you head. Also, the hot water didn’t work for 2 of the 3 days I was there, there was a nail sticking out of the floor that put a hole in my sock and the Wi-Fi was unreliable from my room, but worked better in the courtyard. the bathroom had no place to hang your towel or the TP, there was a hairball in the bathroom that wasn’t mine.
4.1
Location, room was big, it has hot water, front desk always has our breakfast box for our excursions
in my room the heater does not work and the room was very cold all the time

Breakfast in this hotel, the best so far.
Cleaning service (bedroom)
I had to call reception everytime I needed hot water.
The hostess wasn't that welcoming.
Costumer service can improve.

room was big and nice. location ok, you could walk to the main square in 10 min.
the warm water was not really working, also the pressure of the shower was bad with the warm water.
the door didn’t closed or stayed closed easy, you need to pay attention to that!

The location, my room, the staff ;)

I like everything about the property. Location is perfect. Staff were really helpful, kind and generous. The room is quite big and the best thing is that we have a make up room and large closet. This is my FAVE hotel ever!!!! Feels like home.
nothing!

This was the perfect accommodation for our visit to Cusco. Great location, clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. It was also great to get our breakfast packed for days when we had early-morning tours. Highly recommend!
4.1
They're open 24 hours and it's super comfortable. The location is a bit interesting but the food around the area makes it up for it. Super far from the main plaza, possibly 15-30 minute walk.
While I have double citizenship I'm not sure what was the point of being asked for my US Passport. I've traveled with my Peruvian ID everywhere and out of the 3 hotels I've stayed in Cusco. Maybe booking.com told them I was a tourist. The total the website gave me was $110 but when I got there I was charged $120. I was told if I paid by card it was going to be 5% extra but the math doesn't add up. I guess I ended up paying as tourist rather than a local. Thanks booking.com or the staff in the property.

If we hadn’t paid for our second accommodation in Cusco already, we definitely would have cancelled it to stay longer in Usgar. It was excellent. spacious room, comfortable bed, warm water shower, very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Perfect location. Safe area and Plaza de Armas and San Pedro station very nearby. Great value for what you pay.
Nothing

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the 24 hour tea availability was very welcomed. The rooms face an open courtyard that resembles something you would find in Italy. Very clean and spacious rooms. The down comforters were warm and helped with a deep sleep

Beautiful rooms!
4.1
good room, comfy bed
no cooler or aircon was given the first day
the hot water in the shower was not working
the lock on the bathroom malfunctioned with my kid stuck inside
more focused on getting their money than insuring a comfortable stay
