good location
No air con, loud toilet pumps near house. Gave two couples smaller beds when king bed in master room with tv not ready for use. Very odd.

This property was as described. Views from inside and deck were wonderful. Clean and spacious with a very good kitchen and bathroom. BBQ and seating provided on deck.
Carpet was dated and very worn. Advised host that the booking was for 3 people so would need all 3 bedrooms made up.
This was not done and we had to pick up the additional sheets and make the bed. Not alot of choice for food close by.

The master bedroom should always be available you shouldn't have to ask. I hate the way everyone uses dooners to hot then to cold when thrown off. No brochures provided for use of appliances

Location was great and views were spectacular, quiet neighbourhood not far from the town (3-4mins) most things we needed were there
A couple of extra towels, a beach towel or two and a fan would have been great

Spectacular view
Spotlessly clean
Lots of emails overlapping re enquiries & an email advising a PIN code, and another advising the code would be sms'd on the day - just a bit confusing

we loved the ambiance of the house the moment we stepped in. the jazz music left to play set the mood for us :)
after that, the view of the sunset also welcomed us. it was just amazing.. the beach, the house and the vibe. we had all the facilities we needed. the portable cot and the high chair was definitely a plus especially that we are traveling with our 10-month old daughter.
we’re definitely booking in with them whenever we come back :)

An older style house that has been revamped inside. Great location with views out to Great Oyster Bay. The host had left the heater on to warm up the house (it was a cold day) and some music playing. That was a nice touch. There was also a wood heater and plenty of wood.
Couldn't work out how to use the oven and microwave. A bit more modern than I'm used to.
We did get it to work eventually but some instructions or a manual would be handy. Couldn't find one in the drawer.
The front hot plate doesn't work. Not sure if the owners are aware of this.

Great location, spacious, fireplace and living room were so relaxing

The Granite Beach House was very well located as a base to explore Freycinet. The elevated corner position with wrap around windows provided gorgeous views of the water. The road was very quiet. The Granite Beach House was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean.
The management team provided a lot of information prior to my arrival, though it would have been helpful to know that some basic cooking cupboard ingredients like oil would not be provided especially as the grocery shops within Freycinet are limited and expensive. The amount of housekeeping rules were a bit extensive and it is a shame if the management team have needed to be so explicit if guests have not respected the property in the past. I feel the tone made the stay a bit less relaxing but I still really enjoyed my time in the property and Freycinet.

Amazing view, beach at your doorstep
Could be cleaner, there was dust on my bed -side table and the pans in the kitchen were very old and unable to use,but overall we were very happy with the stay and would recommend to others to stay in.

Bright with good sea view. Sunlight comes throughout the house. Easy to find!
Too many wild animals got killed by drivers! Too many!
Please drive NOT MORE THAN 60/Km from dust till dawn! Really mean that!
