comfortable beds, close to busstop
bathroom was outside the door
the second day we slept there a window from the balcony was suddenly missing, no-one reacted to our calls/massages, because of the missing window it was a bit loud during the night

Beautiful traditional house converted into a hotel with music themes. lovely stay and excellent staff
The bathroom was down the steep stairs so not very friendly for night use
1.5
Friendly staff. Nice location. Cute lobby. Daily cleaning service. Comfortable bed. Communal kitchen.
The rooms are very small and in such small space, the priority should be given to the practicality. Which is absolutely not the case here and can become quickly frustrating. There isn't a single surface to put something down. Instead of the huge tv mounted to the wall, the room could have used a few shelves and a coffee table. The only storage I had was a flimsy fabric storage unit that almost fell apart every time I opened one of the drawers. The space under the mezzanine bed could use some light. It's very dark, even with the window open/the lights on which is very annoying when getting ready and/or packing/unpacking.
Although the bathroom was very clean (except for the shower head that's in dire need of being either cleaned or replaced), everything in the room that's made of fabric had an very unpleasant smell like it was dug out of a moldy basement. The room had a carpet that felt, looked and smelled foul to the point that I had to roll it up and put it in front of the door outside the room. The couch and the blanket smelled so bad I didn't dare to use them. These along with the small storage unit and the hanging garment bag all had a very unpleasant dirty-dusty-humid smell and the sheets and pillows smelled musty.
The layout was also very confusing. The toilet was facing the window directly, without any separation. There was just a see through curtain. A double curtain with one being completely opaque to block the view especially at night with the lights on, would have been nice.
My room was on the highest floor next to the terrace. I had all the noises and sounds of people eating and talking on the terrace at all hours of the day and night. It was a bit annoying.
The wifi coverage didn't reach my room. I think it's not ok to include wifi in the description when all the rooms can't benefit from it.

The location was very good, the center of sliema was just 5 minutes by feet and the room was cleaned everyday.
Only one socket was usable and only one adaptor fot charging (it was the American style socket), the bathroom had no door so it was awkward between my boyfriend and me .

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and there was a small but functional kitchen available. The place was well-maintained, and the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed by the innovative ideas and creativity of the establishment.
I was surprised to be asked for a security deposit, especially considering I was staying for just one night. Additionally, the room I was assigned was exceptionally small, and to my disappointment, the toilet was integrated into the room without any separation. This lack of division resulted in an unpleasant odor of urine lingering throughout the night.

The rooms are clean, the reception and check-in very fast, very attentive to the satisfaction of the customers' needs, coffee and croissant every morning, the common kitchenette where you can prepare something, I didn't use it but it exists. Functional air conditioning.
The bathroom is private but outside and this is not clearly specified on the website, it was a surprise for us, you should clearly specify this.

Nice to have access to kitchen. And location so easy to get on buses and ferries. Staff was helpful on what’s app when out luggage didn’t arrive with us.
Accurate description of size of room. Just take note when booking. Also many narrow stairs to get to rooms.

Everything. The place and the staff are really great

The room and bathroom were extremely clean and very attractive. The staff were very helpful.
The bathroom is external which I did not realise when booking and it is a few stairs away. (Bathrobes are provided). Also the stairs to rooms are very narrow and spiral. Not very good for large luggage or someone who has mobility issues. I am 60 and would not have managed by luggage except for my husband. Room is very small for 2 large suitcases. In saying this I really liked the accommodation and would recommend it to others (young and spritely).

it was clean. we stayed at Amy' s room it was nice! the music theme at all the hotel is gorgeous, the reception was baroque decorated with an old piano. the vibe of the hotel is awesome! it has a really nice terrace!
the only weird thing for our room is that the bathroom was in an other room but it was on the description and we new it

Great staff and the services offered make this a top accomodation choice with great VFM (some of which are: complementary wine, some free croissants for breakfast, daily room service etc). We had a minor issue with the TV remote and it was dealt with immediately and professionally. We would surely stay again and recommend it! 😁

The manager is always contactable, very friendly and goes out of her way to help.
The location is idea as it's close to transport links.
The upkeep of the building and the services provided are impeccable.
No allocated or reserved parking so if you hire a car be prepared to walk as parking close to the front door is highly unlikely due to how busy it is in the area.

It was so beautiful, colourful, cool and clean! Our room was so romantic!

Nice little room and very friendly staff. The rooftop terrace is quite nice, the bathroom was clean and modern.
Unfortunately the street is very loud, you have to keep the windows closed. The bathroom is private, but located on another floor, so you have to leave your room to use it.

Clean and friendly.Typical old house with roof terrace, modern inside with interesting focus on music and famous musicians.Helpful staff.
Heavy traffic on the narrow street outside.Couldn' t open the window over the night.

The whole accomodation is really nice, the location is close to ferry which takes you to Valletta, everything is clean and you have everything you need. Housekeeping is done amazingly every day, so you come to a completely fresh room. The music style of accomodation is a nice addition to wrap it all up.
There is only one problem with this accomodation, everything else is perfect. But the problem is quite big for me: having to go to bathroom/toilet 2 floors lower. There are really steep stairs that you have to take to get to bathroom. So if you have to go to bathroom during the night its definetly not a nice trip.
Furthermore, you have to walk through the kitchen to get to bathroom, which can be a bit annoying as there can be people cooking right outside your toilet door. So private bathroom is a very loose term here. Taking a shower and other normal things become a hiking expedition, while staying here.
I think they tried to squeeze too many rooms in here and the cost was quality. Maybe it depends on the room, as this bathroom was only for this room. Or maybe others had to go wash in the basement, or take the bus somewhere.

Excellent host. Cozy music-themed aesthetics. Central location in Sliema. Definitely worth a visit when in Malta

Fancy decoration, fair cleanliness
Just fair cleanliness, bathroom being outside the main room

The room was very comfortable and very clean. The owner is extremely helpful and all staff friendly. The location is great. You also have the option of cooking if you would like as they have a fully functional kitchen and lovely roof terrace for lounging/dining.
The bathrooms are all seperate to the rooms. This isn't a major negative, but I didn't realise this would be the case when booking. My bathroom was conveniently placed, but for some rooms they are on a different floor. The bathrooms themselves were a good size though and very clean.
4.5
property, interior, concept and hygiene were impeccable.
my room didnt have the toilet. toilet was one floor down. toilet was amazing but going up and down was a bit of a nuisance

Location is perfect for ferry to Valletta and close to shopping and restaurants. Absolute ideal location. Nice rooftop terrace if you want to have a relaxing day in or to reflect on days activities. Kitchen available with fridge and microwave. Excellent shower. Launderette next door to premise. Nice local clothes shops, pharmacy and mini-market on street.
Nothing comes to mind.

It was a beautiful boutique hotel. Nice decorations, kitchen with all that we needed and a great terrace.
They even offered complementary espresso, croissants and beverages.
They let us leave our bags there until the time that we had our flight. That was awesome!!!
Thank you!!! :)
-They asked 1 week in advance the time of our arrival, since they don’t have someone in the front desk at all times. Since we were planning to go to other places we couldn’t give a straight answer right away. It made it complicated to be letting them know how our plans were changing. It would be very useful if they would have someone working in the front desk at least during check in times- or the whole afternoon, so us tourists don’t need to be on a schedule and be able to manage our own time, have a gap of time wider than a fixed hour for check in
…
-The room was very humid, but I guess it is just something from the house itself.

This was a very clean, well equipped and friendly stay with unique room.
The fact that the wc was outside of the room was in the description, it would be cool if they would mention it's on a different floor. Also the personnel did ask for credit card details even though I payed for the whole stay via booking.com

The room was as expected perhaps thought it would be bigger but what we got was very good and well set out.
We were aware that the bathroom was separate and that was not an issue and it was lovely and clean.Perhaps a few more clothes hangers would have been good to hang damp clothes form the beach?
Cant say that there was anything we didnt like at all !

the house keeping team were excellent
