the staff are amazing - Donna the manager is very professional and eagerly helped us. Mariam in the restaurant was so kind and helpful- always had a smile. we felt very catered to by this team. well done -Bravo

Regular visitor to Pistoia but my usual hotel seemed pretty expensive so thought I’d try this one as the position couldn

Excellent all round

Not easy to find as the sat nav kept bringing me to a restaurant, which turned out to be the front of the property, the entrance is at the back. No big deal and once you find the entrance it obviously easy.

I would like to come back!

Amazing place, nice spacy rooms with very comfy beds. Breakfast was excellent! We also had a dinners at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was delicious! We spent here with a group of the colleagues 5 nights and everybody was absolutely happy about the hotel facilities and staff.

Don’t skip the breakfast and try tasty food for the dinner, the restaurant is wonderful!

As an experienced traveller I could confirm that this hotel is a fantastic! Amazing place, nice spacy rooms with very comfy beds. Breakfast was excellent! We also had a dinners at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was delicious! We spent here with a group of the colleagues 5 nights and everybody was absolutely happy about the hotel facilities and staff.

Perfect location to visit Pistoia

Location. View of the apartment. Car park (even if it was paid)

the permanent noise of the evacuation of the restaurant on the roof making it impossible to use the terrace except very early in the morning

The most relaxing place with friendly staff.

Spent two weeks traveling around Tuscany by train , staying at 7 places. Without doubt this was the best and most friendly Clean, and comfortable with brilliant breakfast . I’d live here if I could.

Modern perfection in a historic setting

This truly is a boutique hotel. Three buildings from the 1300s were joined together and an incredibly tasteful and intelligent renovation was done in 2015. The location is spectacular -- right next to the Baptistry in the main piazza. You are immersed in history but with every modern convenience at your fingertips. We particularly appreciated many power outlets, some with USB slots so we could charge phones, plus great lighting. Nice touches were the expresso coffee maker with superb coffee in packets (much better than Nespresso), complimentary bottled water, a tasty biscotti from the bakery.

I had stayed here once before, so there was nothing I didn't like. But if you are driving, be forewarned that you cannot drive up to the front door. They do have spaces in an underground garage, about a 3 minute walk away. I would have preferred a long email with much of the essential information sent maybe a week before our stay, versus WhatsApp messages sent 2 - 3 days before.

Great location at the center of Pistoia, fabulous three way view, privet balcony, very clean, good hospitality, farmers market outside almost every day

Since the place is at the center, there is no parking area nearby. The hotel owns only four parking place and you cant reserved it even if you request four months ahead.... Our room is perfect for couple, less for family with little children since it have stairs....

Fantastic stay

A very clean hotel room, perfect in the center of Pistoia, great staff. I would recommend, the room was extremely well soundproofed towards the center.

Very nice small hotel with (our room) market square view, very quite (surprisingly quite), beautiful Interieurs, very clean, good breakfast. Whatsapp group was made by the hotel stuff prior our arrival to fasten and lighten the communication
