Due giorni fantastici

Location strategica .. vicino allo Zoo, vicino al centro di Pistoia e all’autostrada . Casale molto bello e curato e la proprietaria di una gentilezza mai vista…! Colazione abbondante, un frigo in comune , camera spaziosa con tutto l’occorrente per passarci un paio di notti e piscina molto bella e pulita.! Prezzo estremamente competitivo a dir poco ottimo rispetto a molte altre strutture .. consiglio a tutti!

Sehr sauber , täglich geputzt ,gebettet, das Personal war so freundlich und nett 🤍 das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt , vor allem hausgemachte Croissants und Kuchen🫖☕️🥐😍 Wer die berühmte Städte wie Lucca, Pisa,Florenz besuchen will,ist auf dem richtigen Platz 👌🏼alles ist in der Nähe von der Unterkunft , das Meer ist auch nicht so weit , bis 50Minuten mit dem Auto. Es war alles super 🤍 wir kommen gerne wieder !

la struttura all'interno di un vivaio di cui gode nella cura della vegetazione, un boschetto in città, è a dimensione della persona, Genny ci ha accolto cordialmente soddisfacendo le richieste di un soggiorno. ottima la colazione su misura. bella la piscina per una struttura con poche camere. la pulizia eccellente. il profumo delle siepi fa dimenticare di essere in città.

Too expensive for what you get

The breakfast was very good! Warm croissant, fresh fruit Salat, nice coffee.

The room was very very Old and you could hear everything. The autostrada but also the neighbours in the hotel

Bedroom and breakfast were excellent . Genny was a great host and organised a taxi for us to to centre of Pistoia ( too tired to walk the 25 min walk due to cycling all day)

A lovely and relaxing staying, ideal for families

The swimming pool is great! We were allowed to use it for a couple of hours after the check out too. breakfast is delicious with homemade cakes and biscuits. The staff recommended us a restaurant in Pistoia which we really loved (and they offer a 10% discount for Casale dell’Orso’s guests!)

Relaxing and refreshing!

We really liked Casale dell' Orso. The location is super convenient, a few minutes from Pistoia downtown and from supermarkets. The room was really big! It also had a little balcony with a table and the view on the garden. Air conditioning worked very well. The pool is perfect both for kids and adults. At breakfast there was a good variety, satisfying both Italians and non Italians preferences. We loved and we will stay there again if we go back to Pistoia!

Great value for money and impeccable family service.

This place was incredible. A well needed rest/break in authentic Tuscany, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Florence. Location was slightly out of Pistoia town but the accomodation offers free bikes to cycle into the town. I stayed during July (summer) and in a European heat wave so the crystal clean pool was amazing and the breakfast with home made cakes was to die for. The staff were exceptional, cleaning my room daily and the receptionist offered to drop me at the station on my departure day. I highly recommend staying here !!

Heavenly bed, okay breakfast, excellent pool area, nice location.

Pool area was excellent. The bed, mattress and pillows was very heavenly. Room was very nice size and we had our own balcony which was awesome.

Breakfast was good but the choosing from the list was a bit unexpected. Our air conditioner broke during our stay and the staff wasn't hurried about fixing it. They looked it while we were out and they pretty much just added some towels under dripping water. They called serviceman just after we left.

This hotel makes a wonderful stop if you're exploring the area and you're by car.

This is a lovely, very well kept place just out of Pistoia. I realised too late that I would arrive only after the official time to check-in but I contacted the hotel and the staff kindly offered to wait for me. I had a lovely morning swim in the pool and a nice breakfast and coffee. This hotel makes a wonderful stop if you're exploring the area and you're by car.

Amazing location, comfy bed, great pool!!

Location was great, easy to approach by car and to park. It took us 20-30 minutes to reach city center on foot and train station which was ideal. The pool was simply amazing and clean! The staff was always nice to us and the prepared a simple but good breakfast. We also loved our bed, super comfy and our little balcony was amazing. Overall - highly recommended if you dont want to be inside the city, but still not be too far away!!

Good value for a short business trip

Excellent location for getting to road connections to Pistoia and local nurseries(main reason for our visit). Friendly reeption and room very clean. Lovely swimming pool and balcony

Rooms are quite basic -felt sparse, and we would have appreciated facilities to make tea/coffee in the room

Everything. I just don't like the idea of braekfast, when you have to mark from the list, what you wish to eat.

We liked the location of the accommodation..it is just few minutes out of the town. We prefer to be outside of the noise. Very clean - the room.and the pool. We would come again. :)

Highly recommended!

Good location if you have a car, close to the highway, for visiting Firenze and Lucca. Friendly staff. Comfortable room and clean bathroom. Very good breakfast, served at the table, lots of choice. Very nice swimming pool and garden. Possibility to eat a nice meal. This was the best stay we have ever had in Italy.
