Excellent location

Location was excellent. Facilities were good.

Air conditioning not working. Could not leave windows open due to noisy traffic. Sunday breakfast voucher unusable due to all options closed.

Very good

Great location, town centre and train station are also less than 10 minute walk. Very good restaurants nearby. Room is great size, clean and has everything you need for your stay. Parking is available, but a bit tricky to get in due to the one way streets and bus lane.

Only one small problem. We had breakfast included but Sunday morning most of the places were closed at 9:00-9:30.

Nice stay

Nicely designed room, close to the center. The staff was helpful, gave us nice suggestions paces to visit and restaurants. We recommend.

Superb

Met by very pleasant young man and shown to private parking. Worth extra charge. Lovely spacious room, individually decorated and a lot of thought put into it. Very comfortable bed. Excellent quality bed linen and towels. Property is very central for sight seeing , eating out etc.

Personally didn't enjoy having to go to cafe for breakfast. Voucher supplied by property. Maybe we are just a bit old fashioned but it took up extra time in the morning when we were just making an overnight stop.

Great location and beautiful room

The room was great and beautiful! Location is right at the edge of the city center, in 5 minutes you are in the middle of it. You get a breakfast voucher which you can spend in 4 different shops, we had breakfast in different ones every day. Lots to choose from. Parking is a 5-10 minutes walk away, first we parked right in front of the B&B to unload the car.

The bed needs to be renewed quickly. It is not stable and you will honestly roll to each other in bed. This mattress had its best time! Did not gave us the comfort we hoped for.

Lovely B&B room in a great location

Lovely B&B in an ideal location, close to the centre of the beautiful historic city of Pistoia. A few minutes walk from the train station, this comfortable room was a great base for our 4 day stay in Pistoia, attending the annual blues festival

Excellent value, spacious, pleasant staff and good for self catering. Interesting town to explore

spacious apartment with separate well equipped kitchen .Very convenient for centre and buses. The voucher scheme for breakfast is excellent value and provided enough for lunch too.

only the exterior paved area seems scruffy but don’t judge a book by its cover inside is great

The person in charge was waiting for our arrival till midnight.

This apartment was totally different in the pictures and live. It was so noisy and it was smelling so badly that we hardly slept there. We were so disappointed since the price is very high for that type of accommodation. Congratulations to the photographer, you did a great job!

Very good

Design, location, parking and Pistoia all together. And the pizza delivery 😉

The AC is not placed well. Therefor I takes long to cool the room down. I have to say that is was 30 degrees Celsius during the day though.

Very good position ,close to the centre of Pistoia. Rooms very clean and spacious,staff very helfull. Had roomservice made daily.

Beautifully decorated quiet location in the heart of Pistoia City.

Quiet location in the heart of the city, freedom to move in and outside the property, neat and nicely decorated room, few minutes walk from the train station, warm and accommodating staff/owner. The only thing I want to suggest is to add a small prepacked milk in the pantry.

do not come in summer and better to speak a bit Italian for better communications with the owners.

1. the value of the coupon is valuable (5 euro). we can order two pieces of bread and one coffee in the bakery nearby. 2. the food in one of the cooperation bakeries called Bar San Vitale was very delicious. 3. the building was equipped with an elevator. 4. the size of the room is very big. 5. the owner tried her best to solve all the problems immediately, with phone calls and texts on What's APP. For example, fixing the broken light bulbs and brought a big ventilator on the next day since the air conditioner was not working properly.

1. check-in: we waiting outside of the building for 40 mins for check-in under the super hot summer weather. I actually texted the owner our arrival time in advance and they promised they will wait for us. However, there were some misunderstood by them so we waited such a long time for just a check-in! it is waste of our time! 2. the attitude of the husband of the ower was super rude! He yelled to us the 2nd time he came to us for fixing some problem. 1st time was the light bulb was not working, he came to fix immaturity which was good. However, the air conditioner is not working properly and he came to us and yelling at us which was very scary during the late evening. 3. the air conditioner was not working properly. the owner kept saying it takes TIME to cool down, because the room is very BIG, however, it took more than 12 hours since we arrived for only decreased 1 degree! the room temperature was almost 26 degrees during the whole time I stayed. The ventilator helped a lot after the owner offered.

Very friendly and helpful owner Beautiful classic room with 4m ceilings Lots of character Bathroom small but very modern Breakfast voucher system works well Very comfortable and close to center

With the window open there is some street noise
