The Estate and surroundings are nice.
Bathroom is quite a bit separated and there were a lot of ants. Like a lot. Whilst this is the outdoors, when one pays such a price it should be better controlled. In the end it's superficial glamping, otherwise I just go camping. Also when we asked them to spray, they did and left the dead ants for us to sweep and wash off in the shower....

The entire space is just amazing. We feel like we got the entire nature experience PLUS a comfortable accommodation space for us to rest after a day out.
The water heater doesn’t seem to work and some parts of the toilet wall looks bad. Definitely need to spend time to do deep cleaning to maintain the bathroom.

The design of the small house with the only rooftop opening was great. The scenery around the house was pretty and well kept.
Unfortunately, the water pressure of the shower was below par. Interior furnish could do with some light renovation.

This property is nice view, located and serviced

Great environment. Birds. Butterflies. All very beautiful.
Bed was not uniformly level. Too many low lying edges for non-short folks. Hit my head several times while navigating the tiny house.

Privacy, quiet, nice architect building both interior/exterior design. Coxy and warmly house. Nice for taking a break during the weekend with friends or family. The staff was very helpful. They also provide coffee drip in the room.
Too small space in the living room even just for 2 persons. Breakfast is too little as well.

I booked 2 rooms - the holiday home and a cabin tent. The holiday home is complete with a kitchenette, toilet and shower and a beautiful seating room. My favorite part is the seating area with glass windows to see full view of the garden and the mountains.
The cabin tent is good for an overnight stay.
The layout of the holiday home is very nice but do take note that even the slightest noise can be heard in the small room downstairs where the single bed is.
The breakfast was served cold and eggs were overcooked. There's only 1 option for breakfast which consisted of sausage, fried eggs, tomato wrapped in bacon, toast, some salad and some very sweet juice.

Nice room and lovely garden but the cleanliness and service are need to improve immediatly.
We compliment the boy receptionist Bell boy, Security guy and the lady who set up BBQ.
1)The hotel said order BBQ on arrival but we requested since make reservation. We called in the morning to confirm and ask for details. When we arrival the girl at reception said it our of service as the kitchen close!!! How do we what time the kitchen open and close??? She lack of service. Always say NO morethan YES.
2)The breakfast is limit food and drink. We are not allow to have coffee together with the juice. We have to choose one or other, kind of strange!!
3)We found dirty drinking glass which cover by plastic bag in the room!!!
4)The problem solved by the boy receptionist, security guy and the lady who set up the BBQ.
