I liked the large garden area for the children to play. The mobile home was cosy and it was great value for money. A little hidden gem in a great location. The host's were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.
Nothing to complain about.

Lovely family on-site who met us with keys and fresh bread. There was milk, tea, coffee and all cooking facilities. They were attentive but not intrusive. Stunning scenery!
We were prepared for what to expect given that it was a caravan and very reasonably priced. The only thing we would have wished for was that the heating come on earlier so that the bedrooms were warm after evening showers. Gas fire threw out a lot of heat on full blast which was lovely after a full day out mid October.

Warm welcome. Loads of helpful tips. Clean and more spacious than you think chalet. Large private garden with swingball and picnic table. Loads of board games. Clean towels Had lunch in Thatched Cottage pub per hosts recommendation, excellent. Stroll in Nenagh, great butcher and other shops there. Lake good for watersports, pedal boat, kayak, or just splash around with kids. Other day horse trekking. Not cheap, but what an experience. Another day a hike up Devil's Bit. Day out sightseeing Swiss Cottage, Cahir Castle, Rock of Cashel. Drives to those places take 10-45 min, Dublin 1,5 h away, so you spend your time relaxing rather than driving. We were home 5 pm after a day full of activities, and still had time to chill out with a drink in garden, something we missed on other holidays, were day trips required more driving . Covid - safety compliant. Don't forget beautiful town park in Templemore. Very good value break, with genuine hosts. Photos realistic. Milk, fruits and sweets were a nice touch. Would go back. Note that couch in living room is big enough for one more person to sleep, with hosts permission. Tipperary is beautiful. For adults, you can focus on hikes, Upperchurch is close too or watersports in Lough Derg. Supermarket is 10 min away, Lidl. Found lunches on days out good value, tried Galtee Inn in Cahir too,and cooked a basic dinner in well equipped kitchen in evenings. Take away another option. Would go back. Spent 4 nights there, an extra night would have been nice too, didn't run out of things to do!
Perfect. Worth bringing salt + pepper, coffee if you want to use cafetiere there, (instant is provided) good knife. No criticism, as place is well equipped, just packing help:) as all rentals are slightly different

The location of the place is perfect. Beside shops a chipper and anything else is about 40 mins drive away in any direction. Beds were lovely and comfortable. Loads of space in the home for us to live in. The host was very helpful and a lovely lady.
