Beautiful location by the sea. Excellent breakfast at the dog cafe
Not cheap. You need a car.

Clean with a modern shower room and complimentary toiletries. Biscuits and tea/coffee in the room. Lovely café on site with great choice of brunch food. Close enough to the high street to walk to some great pubs. Surrounded by vineyards and great views across to the marina.
Groundsmen being loud from 8am with what sounded like leaf blowers.

The service and location was incredible
That check in was 16:00 and check out was 11:00. Considering how much we are paying it should at least be 2 for check in

Bed was Very comfortable bathroom very good
Furniture could do with a update and a shelve in the bathroom as no where to put toiletries and for the price , breakfast should be included but apart from that very happy with the accommodation

Lovely stay, peaceful, clean and
everything we needed. We stayed
In the Garden Suite for one night.
On arrival we were not sure whete we should go as there is no actual reception. Would prob help
to have a focal point for arrivals.

Super clean, lovely friendly staff, lots to do on site.
We had a few issues with the heating which meant we didn’t really sleep. It was such a shame as otherwise the stay would have been 10/10. Would definitely return if the problem was resolved.

Facility to find the place - very limited signage and exceptionally difficult in the dark to find the site
7.0
finding the room in the dark after the staff had gone home

A minor niggle. The curtains didn't block all the light, leaving the room semi-lit by the external lighting. Nothing else - the room, fittings and linens were far better than expected.

Lovely location, very clean and comfortable.
Room was too hot and we couldn’t turn the radiator down. Light outside the door was on all night which shone around the edge of the door.

it was clean, tidy & perfect location
the beds were very uncomfortable but may just not be to our likings.

Beautiful venue, lovely room, breakfast at the Parlour cafe super.the goats were lovely and the surrounding area beautiful
Silly little things like the bed side lights were too far away to turn off from bed! And the toilet and shower could do with a heated towel rail but honestly they were little things and we loved our stay

Firstly, the staff were very helpful and most importantly very friendly. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfy. The cafe was excellent value with tasty food. Overall our stay was fantastic, thank you.
Nothing to complain about, it was all very good.

Nice location
Smell of cigarette smoke in entrance lobby and in communal areas.
Did not see anybody on site who worked there.
Very noisy guests in other room did not get much sleep Saturday night due to their selfish behaviour. A night porter may have been able to deal if there was one.

Location was pleasant, apart from low flying planes. I suspect it'll be even more busy with them when lockdown flight restrictions ease.....
Memory foam beds, not comfy. Bathroom sink plug didn't fit properly so could not fill sink with water to shave. Sleep disturbed by too much light pollution in room from hallway where door didn't fit correctly and red & green flashes all night from the smoke alarm. Winter duvet on bed, too hot. Bedroom window falling apart. Cafe for breakfast not open until 9am? We ticked the box on booking that we were on business so the cafe should be open earlier for business customers. This may be a good wedding weekend venue for people who get tipsy and sleep well then don't get up very early but for professionals it's not good. Didn't sleep well, couldn't shave properly and no breakfast. Could do better, Creeksea.

Loved the location & the setting. Sweet little room and the option of a private hot tub session nearby was lovely.
The manager at the Parlour Cafe was so lovely, friendly and extremely helpful.
The bed was not great for my partner who is 6ft 1, the wooden frame at the base if the bed was extremely uncomfortable for him.
The hot tub was amazing BUT the bi-fold doors were locked and you could only open one part of the door which didn’t stay open. It would have been incredible to have been able to open the bi-folds overlooking the fields. Also there was someone waiting to use the hot tub outside after us. We felt rushed and also felt that maybe that’s not hygienic at the moment for someone to use it straight after us? I thought there were cleaning slots in between?
The second time we used the hot tub, the next morning, the cleaner knocked on the door and asked if she could clean the salt therapy room while we were in the hot tub. I said yes but I do think she could have waited until the spa was empty.

Lovely setting, nice outdoor space and hot tub on site
Some hair in shower but rest of room was very clean

Loved the location, been before to the cafe and spa and always fancied staying the night. Not a far walk into Burnham either for dinner

The location, settings, staff, the massage... everything
It would have been nice to have been able to use the outdoor hammocks that two of the barns had and sears outside of Lavender room to sit outside together by our room.

Room very clean warm and cosy food was tasty from the cafe
Would have liked breakfast to be included in the price as worked out a little expensive when added to the room cost also maybe a bar ect at night

The staff are always friendly and Emily came out to check we were OK when I had a takeaway delivered and was chatting outside. I always use the parlour cafe and have never had an issue. The room was very comfortable and functional, and very clean. The addition of shampoo conditioner and body wash was lovely, even though we toon our own it was nice incase we hadn't!
The room was very hot when we arrived as the heating was on full in a small room with the windows shut, but we soon rectified it by opening the window and turning the heating off, not a big deal really.
