Super recomendada!, la estancia en la villa

La habitación es grande, para ser sincero parece un apartamento pequeño, la hospitalidad, amabilidad y cordialidad de Ernesto es impresionante, nos salvó de más de una perdida en nuestra estadía en su villa. Lo que necesites para ubicarte o disfrutar de los sitios culturales de Nápoles y sus alrededores, el te puede orientar para que los visites ofreciendo siempre varias posibilidades para ello. Si bien la ubicación es alejada del centro de Nápoles, la villa se encuentra cerca a una estación del tren que te permite movilizarse en Nápoles y a su alrededor. Simplemente la estancia fue reconfortante y tranquila, de tal manera que nos permitió cumplir nuestro itinerario. La calificación para la habitación y para Ernesto es la más alta.

No está asociado con el hospedaje pero es importante que al momento de organizar sus planes tengan en cuenta la frecuencia en la que se puede tomar el tren que se encuentra cerca a la villa, esto puede presentar percances al momento de movilizarse muy temprano o muy tarde.

Tolle Villa mit einzigartigem Flair

An der Grenze zu Torre Annunziata noch in Torre del Greco in einer ruhigen Lage mit einem schönen Blick auf die Bucht von Neapel. Die Kommunikation mit Ernesto war stets erfreulich und er immer hilfreich. Die Villa hat aus unserer Sicht eine sehr positive "Aura" und das ganze Umfeld, das von Ernesto geschaffen wurde ist herausragend angenehm. In der Küche war alles notwendige vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht groß genutzt. In Reichweite von 1 - 1,5 km Grundversorgung möglich, haben aber immer Auto benötigt. Bahnanbindung fußläufig ca. 20 Minuten von der Villa aus empfehlenswert, da der zum Bahnhof gehörige Parkplatz oft voll ist. Pool sehr gepflegt mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm für jede einzelne Wohnung im Haus. Alles sehr ordentlich und sauber.

Beschreibung entsprach Wirklichkeit. Deshalb nichts negatives.

Magical house with so much respect and curiosity towards our planet Earth

Ernesto is an amazing host, making you feel really at home. The house is a magical place with books about our planet and different locations, that one could spend a lifetime to read. We enjoyed the atmosphere we were welcomed with, from Ernesto waiting for us near the driveway to guide us to our parking spot to the views to the pool, entrance and dining area. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. And- how could I forgot, Ernesto also has the cutest dog, HUGO <3 Thank you- we will for sure be back!

So good we came back.

Great location for Pompei and Vesuvius and only 20 minutes drive from Naples airport. Great sized family bedroom and huge swimming pool. Fantastic to sit outside or on the balcony with views toward Sorrento and Capri. Plenty of parking.A very clean property where we felt very safe. Ernesto could not have been more helpful and his knowledge of the area and tips were very useful

A gem of a place, with a very thoughtful and friendly host.

A fantastic stay; just sad it was for such a short time. Ernesto was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble - we really appreciated the restaurant recommendation (fantastic). The Villa had a lovely large pool (very welcome after a day at Pompeii). The room we stayed in was large and very spacious - perfect for us as a family of three. We had a super breakfast on the terrace; the best coffee I’ve had for a long time. All in all a very laid back, relaxing short stay with a wonderful host.

Exceptional

The host, Ernesto, is superb. He is friendly, helpful and kind, clearly putting his heart into hosting. The house is beautiful and clean. The pool is so lovely (and huge!). My kids loved it after hiking Vesuvius in the heat. We had two rooms for our family of 4, and they were spacious and spotless, both with balconies with lovely views. There is even a friendly little dog, Hugo, who is adorable. Our whole experience at Villa Viuli was wonderful, highly recommended.

Ernesto has been one of the best host we have ever had. Great communication and very attentive to our needs. The room was spacious and very clean. We loved the outside pool area which we enjoyed as soon as we arrived. Breakfast was lovely too. Would definitely recommend!

An excellent short stay at an awesome place!

Lovely setting with amazing views. The villa was very lovely and pool and surrounding gardens were so peaceful. Ernesto the host was lovely, he even gave us a lift to the circumvesuvia station!

Could do with proper blinds for the windows to keep it darker in the mornings.

Comfortable, great swimming, good overall location to see ruins

Large pool with lots of seating. Very clean rooms with lots of place to store clothing. Lovely breakfast with gracious host.

The area around the property was dirty. Not on the property itself, just not the best neighborhood. This being said, GREAT location for visiting Pompeii and Vesuvius.

A perfect stay with a perfect host.

Everything. We can not fault a thing. The last few days of our honeymoon have been perfectly spent with beautiful scenery all around. Villa Viuli offers exclusive use of the pool and loungers for guests only which we have enjoyed. We can even begin to express how amazing Ernesto has been. A truly perfect host who has gone above and beyond for us throughout our stay, with no request too much trouble. This includes allowing us to check in early with no charge and wait all day by the pool, past our checkout until our transfer (which Ernesto kindly arranged). We also enjoyed a daily breakfast at small cost. The villa is in a quieter area so is very peaceful but not too far from public transport, a supermarket, bar and restaurant area. If the walk is manageable by a 7 months pregnant woman, it’s manageable for all. We would absolutely return to Villa Viuli, we have loved every minute.

Nice and quiet oasis near Naples which is a great place to visit all the sights

A very nice house with beautiful views to the coast and to Vesuvio as well. There is a nice green garden with pool. There is also a parking area in the garden. Our host, Ernesto was super-helpful, he recommended restaurants in the area and even helped us to find out the strange visiting rules of Pompei by calling them (useful info - even the Pompei website says that you cannot bring a normal backpack bigger then 30x30cm and they confirmed the same via phone, that is not true, there was no bag check at the entrance and people could go inside with regular backpacks)

Everything was great! The nearby streets are quite narrow so you have to be careful there both by car and when you plan to walk as the locals drive quite fast.

Great place to stay for the week as a base of operations, close to Herculaneum, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Naples, Sorrento. If you are planing to go to Naples for the day and have a car, leave it at the accommodation and take the train, driving in naples is complete mayhem! Train station is 15-20 min walk away. Room was great, big bed, balcony, small kitchen with fridge, Nice big pool. Ernesto was great, happy to help whenever called upon.

Really cosy and walked a lot. The south of Italy is stunning.

I liked the House itself, It's not a resort type experience, rather the Host Ernesto, takes you into his home which is jammed with intriguing artifacts and literature which he and his family have collected from all over the world. There is a lovely pool just big enough for the residents, set in again a fascinating Garden at the foot of Mount Vesuvius. The views from the rooms are spectacular regardless of the weather.

I really should have hired a car because it's quite remote, but still only a fifteen-minute walk to the nearest train which takes you to Naples, Sorrento, Pompeii, and all the sights. Also, Ernesto drove us to the station on two rainy days which was special.

the perfect villa

everything. the villa was beautiful! the pool area was well kept and the size was beyond perfect. the room was spotless and I could not fault the facilities. however, the outstanding factor that makes this place the perfect accommodation is Ernesto. he is by far the nicest and most welcoming host we have ever had. he goes above and beyond for his guests and he is ever so kind. also, we loved our little pal Hugo!

Beautiful villa near archeological wonders. Ernesto made our stay amazing!

A beautiful rustic villa with an amazing pool and air conditioning. Situated overlooking the Gulf of Naples and Capri, with Vesuvius behind. we were able to visit Pompeii and Herculaneum nearby, and the trips to Paestum, Sorrento, Possitano and Amalfi were so easy via train. We even travelled to Rome which was equally a simple train ride from the local station. Ernesto was simply an amazing host. Superb communication before and during stay, and full of information and support to help us ensure we saw the best places.

Nothing was wrong and the value for money was amazing!
