The beds were very comfortable.

The room was funished nicely and had a nice roof. Both the bathroom and room were super big and equipped well.

The breakfast was not our taste and was lacking something fresh (juice, fruit etc.).

A lovely hotel with excellent staff

The hotel is very nice in design with a lovely garden. The views from the rooms are stunning and the breakfast was delicious. The staff are by far the best part of this hotel, they were welcoming and friendly. Claud especially is a delight to talk to and is very welcoming and was a great help with organising a few details outside of the hotel during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

The soundproofing of the rooms is not great. You can hear other guest from their rooms quite easily. The shower only seems to have enough hot water for one person to have a quick shower.

1 day stop over? Pick this place. We did and no regrets.

Massive room and bathroom. Fantastic view of the surrounding area. There are only 3 rooms within the site so you cannot fault the level of service... especially the breakfast which was fantastic. The bed was also particularly good. Overall great value for money and a 5min drive / 20min wall to the town.

You will need to use google maps to find the location as it is tucked away along some winding roads. Some areas (alongside many other buildings) are starting to show signs of damp. Though given all the positives this is still a great place to rest your head after a busy day of travelling.

Lo mejor del alojamiento: Claude y Chiminda, dos personas muy trabajadoras y que te hacen la estancia feliz. Claude nos acompañó en un paseo muy agradable y alegre por las plantaciones de te y Chiminda, el chef, cocinaba de maravilla, cada día comidas diferentes y muy sabrosas. Muchas gracias

Excellent accommodation and outside views. Very warm service by Mr.Claude Muller. Breakfast was good.

Very less signboard to direct to the hotel. Road in front of Hotel too cramped, only small 4 wheeler can turn there.

Love & Warmth

Everything was just super amazing! The place is beautiful with a lovely, soothing feeling. Such a warm vibe. The caretaker Mr. Claude is super awesome and always ready to help, and having a conversation with him is such a delight. And the food cooked by Mr. Chaminda was delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was great, only the approach road is slightly tricky but it's nothing much to worry about.

The room has a beautiful view out of the window.

There was no hot water in the shower and I had to bathe in cold water. Feel bad. The location of the hotel is difficult to find.

The location is stunning. Though it's a little hard to find initially and I wish the signs were larger and more obvious, once you know where to go it's not complicated. The view is incredible. You can see the whole of Nuwara Eliya in one frame from the balcony. A very unique experience. Just far enough from the main road to have a quiet and peaceful environment to relax in.

There are small roads leading up to the property but it is to be expected as most places in Nuwara Eliya that aren't directly on the main road are like this.

The condition of the accommodation, the view and the great hospitality from Mr Claude.

We did not like the road to the villa. Traveling with a sedan to the villa was challenging. Although we got parking it had very limited space to get through

Exceptional

Claude was an excellent host. He was lovely to chat to. There was another gentleman who was also very friendly and helpful. This Villa by far exceeded my expectations. The room was super comfortable with a huge bed and had everything you could need. The bathroom was spacious and had a really great shower. I was met with a hot towel on arrival to freshen up which I thought was a lovely touch and was assisted with my luggage. Breakfast was delicious and served by candle-light. Even the table setting was lovely! I would definitely recommend this place.

Very good experience

I had a pleasant stay in Villa de Roshe. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Room was clean and cozy. Amazing view to the highest mountain of Sri Lanka. Breakfast was delicious including omelette, juice, coffee, fresh fruits and toasts. Also continental dinner was delicious.
