Casa tranquil·la fora del centre

Lloc senzill amb habitacions tranquil·les i decorades amb gràcia. El noi de recepció és molt simpàtic i les noies de cuina molt servicials. Esmorzar abundant i bo, molt agradable.

La porta no acaba de funcionar del tot bé. Però no és crític. A l'estar a prop de la recepció era fàcil escoltar les anades i vingudes al matí.

Heerlijke plek om de medina te ontdekken

Hele goede uitvalsbasis om de Chefchaouene te verkennen. We konden onze auto gewoon voor de deur parkeren en het was ongeveer 15min wandelen naar de rand van de medina. We verbleven hier twee nachten wat wij echt voldoende vonden om rustig het stadje te ontdekken. Het ontbijt was gewoon goed, de kamer was schoon en het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Everything was so clean and the staff was super friendly.

This place was phenomenal. I stayed here while celebrating a birthday with friends. Upon checking in the hotel staff made my room special with towel animals and rose. I had balcony view of a mountains and it was so breathtaking. Everything was so clean and the staff was super friendly. One night we ate at the hotel and it was amazing and they brought the dessert ordered out with a happy birthday song. I didn't want to leave this hotel and that is rare. I am so impressed by this hotel.

Nice property with welcoming family/staff!

Nice comfortable room for a family that includes a nice breakfast. The property is a 10 min walk from Medina and has a few parking spot on the property

Fantastic stay with exceptional staff!

The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed as a family of 2 adults and 3 children. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, Firdaus, Mehdi and Yunus at the front desk were super helpful with any requests we had. Mehdi gave us wonderful recommendations of places around the city, which did not disappoint. The lovely ladies Rahma and Hajar were so kind and prepared us a delicious traditional breakfast which we enjoyed each morning. Highly recommend Casa Familia to anyone visiting Chefcheoun especially with children. Overall a fantastic place!

Exceptional

The stay was excellent. The staff were super helpful, especially mehdi and yunis, who allowed us to check in late and gave us advice on what to do in the city. The place itself was clean and felt extremely traditional and true to chefchauen. I can say that the place is an exact depiction of what the photos show. The breakfast that was included in our package wasnt anything extraordinary but still edible :) it was usually a few moroccan pancakes with jam and yoghurt. With moroccan tea obviously;).

Friendly staff, on site parking for car, delicious breakfast with a lot of variety. Cheerful and spacious rooms.

It is a decent 15min walk uphill after visiting the Medina. Odd smell in bathroom. A bit overpriced for location as there is nothing around it.

lovely property with the most amazing helpful staff who were able to send links and give us tips of where to go

great property - spacious room. thought the balcony would be a bit bigger but it wasn’t an issue and still gave us a nice view

Minor thing was the farmyard smell. I guess expected in the countryside but could be quite strong at times - didn’t impact our stay though

Excellent hotel, would definitely recommend.

Casa Familia was an excellent choice for our stay in Chefchaouen. The stay was pleasant and comfortable, and the hosts were able to help us with everything we requested. The catered restaurant dinner was excellent. The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it's near the top of the hill city of Chefchaouen, so it's a simple walk to the gate of the old medina and then downhill all day from there. Every taxi in the city knows the hotel and there is parking for your car on site. Breakfast was fine with a great view from the dining room. We were offered a free upgrade but declined because we were happy enough in our original room. The room's heating system worked well and there were plenty of heavy blankets.

The beds were firm, which actually felt great after a full day's hike in Akchour. The water took time to heat up, but that's not really a problem. We were very comfortable.

This place is more beautiful than the pictures the rooms were clean and very cosy I loved the view from our balcony and how calm the place is I want to thank Firdaous and Youness they were super nice and helpful during our stay I cant wait to be back again

Good airco and friendly staff

No water at all during our last day, wifi is not working properly, bad smells coming for the shower drain, water is not being drained properly in the shower and leaving the floor very wet.

Excellent value for price. Car is a good option here or taxi.

Fresh squeezed orange juice along with pastries and jams etc. coffee and tea. Friendly staff. Large sized bedrooms.

Wifi was a bit weak but the whole town does have issues! Staff were very pleasant and most helpful

The room was clean and confortable and the the rest of the place, expecially the terrace, is really special. The suff Is super welcoming and friendly. They gave us all the information to travel inside and outside Chefchaouen. Highly raccomanded!

Great place!

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is great. Looks like it's family run, with a great focus on making guests comfortable. They proactively offered us better rooms than the ones which were originally booked when these became available.

The location was good! With taxi Just five minutes away the old medina. The room for four people was great and spacious. Taha was really helpfull and friendly. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Breakfast was tasty
