Beau séjour! Hôtes attentionnés

Son emplacement en plein cœur de la médina mais tout près du stationnement. L’endroit était beau , bien decoré. Nous avions une vue superbe de la terrasse.

L’odeur dans la chambre , ça sentait un peu l’urine de chat ( sûrement à l’extérieur)

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y es muy bonito. La atencion de los chicos es excepcional El desayuno estuvo muy bien

2 de las 4 habitaciones que ocupamos tuvieron problemas con la energia electrica (se iba la luz repetidamente). Pareciera que el circuito electrico estaba sobrecargado. Eso causaba no tener calefaccion disponible en una noche con tempreratura de 3 grados

Aangename riad, vriendelijke ontvangst, erg lekker ontbijt.

Mooie riad in een rustig straatje, centraal gelegen. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Nette kamer. Erg lekker ontbijt, geserveerd op dakterras. Aanrader om vanop het terras naar de zonsopgang/ondergang te kijken.

Excellent riad to admire the blue city from.

The property is centrally located in Chefchaouen very close to the center of the Medina and only a short walk from the Kasbah. The rooftop of this riad also offers an amazing view of Chefchaouen and the mountains.

The owner & most of the staff were fantastic. The room was beautiful, breakfast on the roof excellent, and overall I could not have been happier with the location etc.

Unfortunately one staff member was particularly rude on my last morning. Apart from this it was an excellent stay.

The staff were very attentive, especially the young man at reception, which made us an amazing breakfast and very willing to help.

I will never forget the trip.

Friendly staff they bring our heavy luggages until taxi stop and taking care really well.great location we can reach every place by walking.breakfast also tasty.I was lucky to stay there.thank you again.

Shower room draining was slow it’s hard to taking shower 4person one time.

Wished I would have choosen a different riad.

Rooms were fine.

I was a solo female traveler and a staff member hustled me for a tip. He even started to follow me to my room. Felt so uncomfortable that I left a day early even though I paid for 2 nights. Would not recommend this riad to any solo female traveler. I even moved a chair in front of my door once I got into my room. I have travelled all over Morocco and have never experienced anything like this in a riad. Actually every other riad I stayed in in Morocco I experienced the complete opposite!

Best Location by 100000

I am really happy I selected this place. Our Host Emmad and his team were extremely helpful and nice to us, making sure we were good at all times. He recommended places to eat and visit that were amazing and he was able to get us a cab right in the middle of Eid Al Adha. His grade of Hospitality could not have been better. As a New Yorker I was amazed. Looking forward to stay over again soon.

Very clean and close to center of town.

Bathroom was very close to bed, not much space to move around for my 6’3 husband. Water should have been provided. It’s gets very hot in the summer, it was 100 degrees F outside and we had to venture out to find water. A small fridge in the room would have been helpful especially since he had such a long climb to our room.

Riad located at the heart of Chefchaouen's lively medina. Personnel were lovely. The rooftop offers an astonishing view of chefchaouen and the surrounding mountains experienced through a lovely breakfast or sunset dinner. Room was clean and well maintained including iconic Moroccan handcrafted design. At around 45min from the Riad, Akchour atlas and water sources can be explored.

Service was great and helpful, staff went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Rooftop views are great and nice spot for breakfast.

Like all riads they are small and navigating stairs becomes the norm. Staff made sure to help with bags.

It was great!

The hotel Manager Emmed was very, very friendly and helpfull. He can arrange all kind of things to make your stay very pleasant. He arranged as well our transport from Tetouan to Chefchouane. And he answers your emails or whattapps immediately. Emmed is a great manager.

Best place to stay in chefchaouen

A beautiful riad in chefchaouen with the best rooftop view. The riad is only a short walk from the entrance to the pedestrian only medina, and in an area a little away from the hustle and bustle, so you can enjoy having some of those gorgeous blue streets to yourself, particularly in the morning. Breakfast was amazing and fuelled us well for days exploring the medina and national parks nearby. The hosts were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the accommodation exceeded our expectations. Only place I would stay in chefchaouen.

Comfortable, welcoming, traditional stay in the heart of the blue city

Great location in the heart of the blue medina but also accessible from the kasbah and road access. A little hard to find initially but best to specify drop off near Hotel Parador

The downside of our wonderful room was the number of flights of stairs! but that is to be expected with such an old building

location is good. close to the center and popular photo spots.

Very poor customer service - the young man that works there looks like he doesn’t want to be there. He was unwelcoming and cold. No smile. He asked us to bring the tea set from our room instead of coming up to get it after we finished. At breakfast, a bee felt into my orange juice, so I asked for a new one. He said it’s good and attempted to fish it out with his finger but failed and left. So I just didn’t bother. On the night before our checkout, we talked to a man on shift to help arrange a taxi. He called his friend on the next shift and told us his friend will be waiting for us to help with our luggage and get a taxi at 6. Next morning, No one was there. By 6:15 we left by ourselves and went to Medina entrance to get taxi. another note on breakfast - my wife got a diarrhea after eating a croissant. the room was small and doesn’t have any amenities. No coffee, tea, or water bottle. bare minimum if that. the bathroom doesn’t smell nice. it has a drain/sewage smell…maybe because we were on the 2nd floor?

Would not recommend this riad

The location is great, it’s right in the Medina and very close to the main square so it was convenient! the rooftop views where we had our breakfast were spectacular.

1) The wifi was choppy 2) There was no hot water to shower with on the second night of our stay 3) They only put one toilet paper roll in the washroom 4) The riad was really cold, including our room. there was no heat 5) The riad was so loud, we could hear every call and conversation happening at the reception. We barely slept both nights

A good place with a fantastic location

Location was great! The room was cosy and the cleaning was fantastic! The views from the terrasse were great and we enjoyed having our breakfast on the rooftop.

Great location, very clean and lovely staff.

Centrally located and very clean. Housekeeping really went the extra mile and even folded our pajamas. Front desk staff was also very helpful and helped us carry our bags and hail a taxi.

The riad is located in the heart of the Medina and offers a comfortable traditional stay or families and couples both. The receptionist/staff were all very helpful and helped us with our luggage up and down the stairs in the riad and in the Medina. They also provide breakfast that was delicious and the terrace overlooking the city is a perfect place to enjoy tea. I would recommend this for anyone! I travelled with kids and booked two rooms and it was perfect.
