Perfect combination of apartment and luxury hotel

The hosts were extremely helpful with rapid replies to any questions. The reception at the Taj was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and all the staff are exceptionally helpful. The apartment was ideal, more spacious than we had imagined, well equipped and very comfortable.

We liked everything. We would love to stay again.

The residence is outstanding, beautiful finishes, spacious and comfortable.

Booking.com offered and confirmed the reservation indicating that breakfast was included in the price but we were subsequently advised that this was not the case and we incurred additional charges which we were not expecting at the time of making the reservation.

Comfortable apartment ,good facilities in a full service hotel. Much better value than the waterfront if you don’t mind

apartment was a home from home. possibly not as modern as some people may like but it worked well for us to have the kitchen and hotel facility

not everyone will like being in town as it feels noticeably more edgy than the V and A. Felt entirely safe in the property and the apartment. Not linked to the apartment as such but the TaJ Concierge wasn’t great .

Great Hotel!

Everything regarding the hotel was great!

Most people were eating from the buffet which looked great. Although breakfast was not included in our stay so we ordered an English breakfast and eggs benedict. We were quite disappointed as the food was not great and the prices were high. Undercooked pork sausages but then burnt bacon. Eggs benedict came without spinach as stated on the menu and hollandaise sauce wasn't great. We were also unable to tip our waitress as she said they don't get tips. Make sure the buffet is included in your stay to avoid disappointment.

The Taj is a great hotel , I been lucky enough to stay before. The opportunity to stay in an apartment and still and the excellent service of The Taj staff was an opportunity I wasn’t going to miss The apartment was really comfortable . The location is excellent right in the heart of town

Very beautiful room with a great view. Also Roberto, hwo checked up on us before we checked in what very pleasant, he even checked up on us in the night if everything was OK and if we needed anything! such a nice guy.

Excellent as usual

The location is as usual very good. Safe, clean and close to 10'maximum from the Convention center or Waterfront. The sport and other leisure facilities are very good. The 2 indian restaurant is very good and the bar pleasant.

Residence 906 Taj

Excellent customer service and luxurious accomodation,hotel facilities was great, the host Roberto was exceptional always keeping in touch to make sure everything was in order making the booking process seamless. He literally responded to any request in seconds and brought that element of 5 star experience to the guest,I only wish we could have stayed longer. Residence 906 exceeded my expectations ,the pictures did not even do it justice and offered complete luxury comforts to rejuvenate one's soul. The king size bed was the best part,with crispy white bedding and pillows to make you float off into a dreamy slumber. We will definitely be returning again.
