Great location, poor management .

Great staff, great location, nice pool, and pleasant landscaping. The room was spacious and well furnished.

Not enough housekeeping staff. Very poor water pressure most of the time. Food and drinks overpriced. The pool needs a complete scuba.

Отличный, тихий отель для уединённого отдыха.

Прекрасный, тихий, небольшой отель, вежливый персонал, чистые, большие номера, отличный завтрак в виде шведского стола прямо на пляже, это фантастично! Есть бассейн с баром. На пляже есть кафешки, где можно вкусно пообедать и поужинать.

Удалённость от центра, вечером не где погулять, только по пляжу или же ехать в центр.

Gedateerd hotel gelegen aan een prachtig strand met leuke eettentjes

Villa Cha-Cha ligt aan een mooi strand met leuke en kwalitatief goede restaurantjes. Het strand loopt zeer geleidelijk af en daardoor is zwemmen, zeker bij eb, bijna niet te doen. Als je enkele honderden meters het water ingaat kun je mooi snorkelen. Uitstekende bedden.

Het hotel is volgens Booking 4 sterren, maar daar komt het echt niet in de buurt: - karig ontbijt als je ‘normaal’ 4 sterren gewend bent - eenvoudige kamers met een douche die je in de hand moet houden - complex doet slordig aan en moet onderhouden worden - het ligt afgelegen, geen plaats in de buurt

The beach is very nice. The breakfast was very basic however nice view Big rooms

The staff don't give a very good feeling like other hotels in the island. Feels a bit unprofessional workers. Too pricy Pool feels a bit unfresh.

wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

- die besondere Lage direkt am Meer - die Ruhe / Entspannung pur - sehr sehr nettes Personal - top Organisation & liebenswerte junge Damen in der Hotel Rezeption ( Isa +++ ) - angenehme leise Klima Anlage - im Bad stand eine gute Ausstattung zur Verfügung

—-> es gab leider in 14 Tagen nur 1x ein Frühstück‘s Buffet —-> Wege zum Pool und Restaurant für Menschen mit Gehbehinderungen eher schwierig —-> im ganzen Resort standen lediglich 7 Sonnenliegen zur Verfügung

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat leider nicht gestimmt

Das Personal an der Bar und beim Frühstück war freundlich. Der Pool war schön und wir haben gut in unseren Betten geschlafen. Der Strandabschnitt vor dem Hotel hat uns auch gefallen.

Wir waren von unserem Zimmer leider enttäuscht. Das Zimmer wirkte sehr in die Jahre gekommen, an den Wänden klebten noch zermatschte Mücken, im Bad lag ein alter benutzter Rasierer und der Schimmel kroch die Wände in der Dusche hoch. Die Scheiben waren voll mit vermutlich Vogelkot und es wurde bis zum letzten Tag nicht beseitigt. Für weniger Geld hätten wir vermutlich darüber hinweg gesehen. Wir wissen aber am Ende auch nicht, wie viel Geld das Hotel für ein Zimmer genommen hätte, weil booking ja auch noch mal Geld von den Hotels erhält. Ich denke die Bungalows werden vom Personal mehr gepflegt und sind schöner.

Завтрак был бедным. Персонал ленивый за исключением некоторых девушек на кухне все остальные еле шевелятся. Повесили табличку убрать в номере уборщицы убирали рядом посмотрели и прошли как вроде бы не видят ничего.На замечание,почему не прибрали ответили что они не успеваю у них много номеров

A precious and perfectly needed stay for me in the tropical haad salad area with crystal waters and nice beach.

I liked that the property was located at a beautiful bay in salad beach, there wasn’t much noise or disturbance around and it was clean and very nice Staff, especially the restaurant staff very smiling and very friendly

It was a bit aside of bigger restaurants and shops, so basically you have all you need quite close to you but you don’t have anything bigger and if you want other options for food than what the resorts offer, then you have to either walk or take a taxi to another area.

Fine for one night but definitely needs some updating and not much to do on the beach.

The beach is nice and very quiet and private.

The bathrooms are less than desirable and smelled bad. Breakfast was also not great.

Lokationen var helt ekseptionel og udsigten fra restaurant og bar er fantastisk. Det smukkeste hotel og de sødeste massage-kvinder.

Der var sand alle vegne på hotellet, så det kom med ind i lejligheden på gulv og i sengene. Og så var morgenmaden ikke fantastisk.

Beautiful stay.

Wonderful place. Staff was very friendly and polite. Big and clean room with nice view on the pool and sea. Nice and clean pool with free sunbeds on the beach. You do not need more than this.

- Zimmer ungemütlich - Klimaanlage direkt über dem Gesicht - Schimmel im Badezimmer - ekliger Geruch auf der Terrasse (Fäkaliengeruch) Zimmer 101/102 - unfreundliche Begrüßung - überall so komische Fliesen draußen, die mit dem feinen Sand sehr glatt gewesen sind - Pool sehr trüb - Frühstück schmuddelig, nicht gekühlt, es gibt nur Instantkaffee - Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht überein. - alles in allem etwas schäbbelig und verbraucht im Aussenbereich

The location although remote was great! We travelled as a family and felt very safe. Despite the fact that the place was being renovated, it was very well groomed and staff was extremely attentive

Disappointing

Bed was fine, the whole place is in need of a whole restoration - if not we would never go back. The staff are not happy, The breakfast dull and like a 2 star hotel, like the owner doesn't care about the place. The land is dirty and messy.

the pictures on booking is old and you will not see that much of sunbeds,only two by the pool,and 6by the beach,there is no red soft pillow seats at all. beach was never cleaned after the high tide like on the other resorts next by. Shower was very dirty, the tiles was slippery from the dirt I cleaned it my self..

Disappointed - in need of an upgrade !

It needs an upgrade , decking required instead of rocks outside the breakfast room & leading to the beach & the breakfast / eating area needs an upgrade. The Bathroom overall was awful with no ventilation at all & the shower very simple.

Don’t stay there. not for this price.

it’s right on the beach. but the beach is not really comfortable. they had a nice hairdryer. bed was confortable, but i didn’t got king size bed as was promised.

they gave us room with 2 separate beds instead of king size bed!! when we requested to change the room according to our reservation they just put 2 beds together and said that it’s only way. we started to insist but the manager said that we can get a refund if we don’t like it. crazy. on top of that this place is really dirty and old. bedsheets has a hole’s and staines , shower was molded. there’s dust and sand everywhere, starting from reception and the stairs up until the 4th floor. room was too dirty, sand and hairs all over room , dust . TV has no signal. Ac was not working properly and smelling. staff was always chatting and smoking/ eating in reception in front of the guests.

I wouldn’t choose to stay here again

loved the location being right on the beach

only four lay-down sun loungers, some which didn’t work properly! the pictures show lots round the pool and some on the beach too, but there were none round the pool at all. there were some tired looking padded seat covers that we had to drag off an old table to lie on. the pathways were only half made and uneven rubble which was easy to trip over on and there was a bad smell walking up to our room block. The beds were very hard and difficult to get comfortable on and there was nowhere to put our clothes - no drawers or wardrobe. We had a twin room and it only had one table next to the end bed so we couldn’t even share it!
