Not worth the high price, the state of the rooms is unacceptable

Location and decor

The maintenance state of the place, which is a huge shame because it has so much potential, but the execution and maintenance is lacking. Sewage smell in the pool area, damp smell in some of the rooms, air conditioning not working, strange noises from pipes, beds don’t have level support under them. I moved 3 rooms in total.

A Jewel on Haad Yao beach - great place to stay for friends, families ans couples

Beautiful, hip, and relaxed hotel with an amazing pool and direct access to one of the most stunning beaches on Koh Pha-ngan. The staff have all been super friendly and helpful at all times. The connected restaurant and bar provides everything you need in a relaxed and stylish scenery. A supermarket is close by and with a scooter all the adventures of the island are easy accessible. Also they provide an taxi to the fullmoon party for a reasonable price. We absolutely loved it. The perfect place to stay.

The rooms might now be the newest, but for this price category still super comfortable and spacious!

Das Personal, vor allem an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Toller Pool direkt vor dem Zimmer. Der Strand und die Bar am Strand sind sehr gemütlich und laden zum relaxen ein.

the bar area was fantastic - great decor, tunes, atmosphere. location right on beach, great for day and night time The long pool area is unusual but very cool and good loungers

Very nice place!

Very nice. We had one bungalow and one room with access to the pool. The room with pool access was a bit better in our liking. But overall very nice rooms. The rooms (at least the bungalows) could use a bit of an update but we had a very nice stay and would love to come back. The staff is just the best, they made our stay very memorable. The pool was nice as well and the location at the beach is very good!

Overall very good but small stuff: The bungalow is a bit dark (small windows), and the fridge was not so nice. But better in the rooms with pool access

Great place if you want to stay somewhere that worth its price

The hotel and vagga bar staff were so hospitable and kind, they helped us with hospital/taxi arrangements (we had motorbike accident), gave us advise where we can hangout, as we couldn’t swim. Miss Mint and vagga bar manager were exceptionally nice and gentle. I would like to thank them for everything they have done for us.

TV in the room work very poor, satellite channels don’t work. Bed sheets and towels are clean but have old dirt. We were the only guests (guess because of the rainy season).

Bad AC, bad WiFi, gaps in the doors and windows.

Pool and beach bar were very nice

The air conditioning was useless, I tried 3 different rooms and all of them were warm with the AC on full blast. The Wifi was weak so not suitable for remote work. The doors and windows are not at all secure leaving massive gaps, which not only allows bugs and mosquitos to fly in but also people could just look directly into the room to the beds

Great choice in Haad Yao

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the See Through Resort Haad Yao Hotel and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. just perfect !

EVERYTHING 10/10 ! the perfect place right in centre of precious beach! staff and manger especially all lovely even help with bags and safe and boys all very lovely at restaurant ! loved pool right outside to step into but little hard to get in/out off if u were less mobile. food delicious at restaurant n extra lovely to have messages and checkup post n prior to arrival! nice touch!

little bit of sewage smell outside of rooms n sometimes little noisy in morning outside room for some reason we cudnt sleep here. nothing todo with bed/room or aircon. but neither of us had good night sleep here. sometimes long wait for breakfast n was also little confusing on arrival how to order food if a guest. as many outsiders use hotel.

avoid

the Vagga beach bar is cool and relaxing

this is more hostel standard than described . the room was not ready until 5pm which after a long journey was not ideal . the room is very poorly lit and really dirty . the mattress has springs poking through and to get a decent rest was impossible . no beach towels the safety deposit box does not work . the standard of service and friendliness of staff was poor in comparison to other stays in Thailand . I would recommend looking about for alternative at the price they charge certainly didn’t reflect the standards .

Great place in Haad Yao area

Personal were super kind and helpful always. Bed is confortable and loved the balcony. The location on the Haad Yao Beach was amazing! near by a Yoga Shala where I could practice every morning. this was super! waking up with the birds at sunrise 👌🏼

Nothing directly. There are nice places to go near by foot, but because of the hills you’ll need a Motorbike or a Car (taxi) to move around the Island.

Perfect location with a great bar on the beach! fantastic large swimming pool! Large, clean and comfortable rooms. I made a mistake with the dates of my booking and got my money back for it which is great and very friendly! Highly recommended!
