This home had all that we needed and wanted - from lovely decor, to very comfortable beds and seating, to built in fun (pool! ping pong!, etc.), and it was all in great proximity to our family in Gilbert and to all that Gilbert has to offer (shopping, eating, ETC). We would not hesitate to return to this location on future visits, and we would not hesitate to encourage others to stay here. Thank you!!!

we were visiting family in the area. this home is so comfy and clean with all the amenities you need. We really appreciated the time and detail.taken with the property as far as labeling and locating items in the home. the pool was beautiful and we enjoyed lots of outdoor time in the sun and eating our meals al fresco. The owner was very responsive and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. thank you.

The house was so clean and had all the little extras you would want in a house garage w/ opener and in ground pool. Kitchen had all the basic needs of a kitchen that you didn’t have to buy spices, kitchen soap to extra garbage bags.

This was a great place to stay for our daughters wedding. The property had all great appliances. Added bonus/ a steamer for dresses. We didn’t use the pool table with limited time but it was nice to have. We would definitely stay here again as the property is close to everything. Communication with host was fantastic

Our stay was great, easy to find, path at the end of the block to go for nice morning walk. Neighborhood quiet. House had everything we needed. Loved the pool, ping pong and pool table. Only suggestions my kids had was lighting by the pool so they could swim later in the evening.

My husband and I and our adult children enjoyed are stay in this home. It was well stocked and very comfortable. We did some cooking and found the kitchen to have plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, plus spices and baggies. The beds were comfortable. The plush towels were great. The closet in the master bedroom is locked and used for Owner storage. So instead there is a wardrobe which we found provided plenty of space for our hanging clothes but we could've used additional drawer space. The billiard / ping pong table also serves as the dining table. There are three bar stools at the kitchen counter. The five of us were also able to eat together outside at the table next to pool. The swimming pool was a very nice amenity we wished we could've enjoyed more but even with paying for heating the pool the air temp was too chilly for us as it was unseasonably cool last week. One suggestion I would make is to place an outdoor rug on the concrete slab under table next to pool as it is very slippery when wet and would keep family room floor clean/dry as well. We recommend renting this house. It is clean and well maintained. Jessica and Greg are very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay the house everything we expected well supplies with everything you need in the Kitchen. Would recommend staying there you’ll enjoy it close inconvenient to get to quiet neighborhood The property manager was very helpful and very easy to contact if we had any questions.

We had a wonderful winter getaway in AZ. We rented the house for a month. The house was very clean with comfortable beds and living room furniture. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Home is close to walking trails and downtown Gilbert.

We were very pleased with this home. It was roomy with lots of seating for watching football and movies. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were roomy and functional. There was lots of room in the kitchen, with an island to easily serve appetizers and buffet. The hosts were very responsive and there were good directions for TV, lighting, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and the convenience of the location was excellent!

Jessica and Greg were great to work with. This home is in a quiet, very nice neighborhood. Exactly as advertised. We had to bring thanksgiving to AZ due to our son being an RA, and not being able to come home. They accommodated all our requests and we had an exceptional weekend with our son. We highly recommend Caldwell County barbecue, Cooper’s Hawk winery, Spinados pizza, and the culinary dropout was a lot of fun as well. We also found an amazing public Pickleball court about 10 to 15 minutes away and went every day. Gilbert downtown restaurants like culinary dropout, and Postino are literally five minutes away. Thank you so much for making our holiday weekend special! Will be back for sure!!!

My parents were in a mess with flooring renovation. I looked for something nearby to get them out of the mess, yet give them the comfort and privacy they needed. This place was perfect. Well appointed and very clean. My mother said that the sheets felt like butter and she was impressed with the fact that the hosts supplied the home with everything she could possibly need. I will certainly keep this one in mind when we have groups of out of town visitors!

This home is immaculate, very tastefully decorated and the host most thoughtful. Everything we needed was there, we did a little cooking of meals and the kitchen was well equipped even with spices which was a surprise for us. We did not use the pool but it is very inviting! The home is conveniently located and backed up to the venue where we attended a family wedding, it was nice to be so close! We all gave this home high praise and you would not regret a stay here I am sure.

We stayed here for12-nights in October. House was very clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. TV in all 3-bedrooms. Neighborhood was neat and clean and we felt very safe walking our dog each morning and night. The heated pool was a big plus for us. We old people like warm water. Back yard was neat and clean. Location can't be beat. Less than 2-miles away, you'll find the 60-Freeway entrance. Also, a Texas Road House, In-N-Out burgers, Chick-Fil-A, a Dunkin Donuts, and a super Walmart. "Life Is Good" If we return to the Gilbert area, we will defiantly try to rent this home again. No complaints, Perfect place to spend your vacation. This was a beautiful home, we enjoyed our stay and hope to have the opportunity to stay there again in the future. My daughter got married at Colby Falls so this location was great and it was perfect for her to get ready in before the wedding. You may not know this, but you have kittens. Thank you again! This house is absolutely amazing. The photos do not do it justice. This house is hidden in the Gem of Gilbert, AZ. Very peaceful and quite neighborhood. So much to do for children and very spacious. The neighborhood offers a community playground with shade kites so the equipment doesn't get hot on the summer days. There is a beautiful walking path in the neighborhood with built in workout park equipment. The house is very spacious and perfect for a family of 5. All the pool toys you could want are in the garage. Pay for the heater in the cooler months. It is so worth it. The house is located in the perfect location. Your tucked away in the suburbs of Phoenix and out of the riff -raff, but yet still close enough that a evening night on the town is a 20 minute drive. There are so many cute hidden gems in the city of Gilbert to. Be sure to go check them out.
