Dirty, MOULD everywhere

Close to the city center

The flat was expensive and the worst- totally dirty, I never take comfortable and modern accommodation, but this one was like NEVER cleaned. The big spiders and their houses on the wall, an incredible amount of dust and dirty, MOULD everywhere, even on a kitchen plank! Its even hard to breath there. If you love extremely dirty places- that's for you. For this price you can find something better

Felt like we were sleeping in a rat cage.

It's within easy walking distance to everything.

Where to start?! The entrance hall and stairs smelt of cat wee and wet dog. The plug sockets were too dangerous to use. The air conditioning was spitting out water and ice and was very noisy. Towels appeared to have been washed, but were covered in stains. The wifi didn't work due to the bill not being paid, although we were told it was because of storms. The owner brought another router on our second night. I needed to work online on the first day and wasn't able to. The walls need repainting and are heavily stained. Light switches are filthy and we did't want to touch them. The cooker hob was also filthy and rusty we didn't risk using it. No bin in the bathroom for toilet roll. Many rooms didn't have bulbs. The bedroom lights didn't work and air con is only in the lounge so we all slept in the lounge. We asked if we could stay at a different apartment on the first night. We were told be ready at 10am outside the next morning. We waited for 40 minutes in the street with our luggage to then be told this wasn't possible. We had the option of a refund or stay the last night. This was my daughters last night holiday and we had plans for that day. Trying to search quickly on a phone for new accommodation in the street was impossible and we decided to stay the night, but went out all day so as to avoid being there. The price charged was expensive for what was presented. It felt like it's an students place which is being rented out for the holidays for extra money. When I told the agent about the issues she said she had never been to the apartment before. The only things which were good was the washing machine worked, the shower and toilet floor appeared to be clean, the location was good and the agent spoke English!
