Excellent hotel worth every penny

Super clean ,really helpful staff helped us sort our move from there to koh Rong with taxi and only 5mins tuttut away from pub street , only wish I’d had time to use the great looking pool and area

Great staff and very accessible hotel.

The staff were fantastic and couldn’t help enough with my wheelchair needs. There are ramps to all areas of the hotel except the pool which has 3 steps. Staff were happy to help lift me up those steps so I could go for a swim. The rooms are spacious and have ground floor rooms for disabled. The toilet and shower are in cubicles so if you need bigger space for wheelchair then this could be a problem. Over all though a very accessible hotel.

Hotel was very accessible but as with most places in Cambodia you do have to accept there are some limits to this. For a wheelchair traveller on my own I would recommend the Vihara

Enjoying the silence and pool

I love the design of the place. I had a feeling I'm in my own apartment. Could hear the birds singing in the green trees around the two big balkonys. I love the comfortable bed in my room and very friendly service of the hotel. I loved to enjoy a cold beer in the lobby bar and cristal clear cool water in the pool suranded by exotic beautiful plants.

La zona de la piscina, las vistas desde la habitación, la vegetación por todo el hotel, etc. La habitacion y el baño tienen mucha luz natural. Cerca hay muchas cafeterías, restaurantes y puedes moverte al centro fácilmente. Lo mejor de todo es el personal, súper simpáticos y atentos. Volvería a repetir sin ninguna duda.

The decor and atmosphere of the hotel make you want to stay longer.

A wonderful place and worth recommending. Rooms with fantastic decor. The service is nice and cordial. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool with umbrellas, sun loungers and towels. The entire hotel is full of greenery. We really enjoyed evenings on the patio and by the pool. Hot and cold drinks are available on the patio at the bar - the coffee was delicious. You can also order breakfasts and other meals.

Great value for money - highly recommended

- the staff were all super kind, their guest is clearly the top priority for them - nice swimming pool (all for myself) - close to the city centre and yet not on a busy street

definitely will stay again

Charming hidden gem within walking distance to city centre. Once you dont feel like walking, hundreds of tuktuks will take you there for fare not exceeding $1. Special words of appreciation for hotel owner who's super pleasant guy and extremely attentive staff. The applies esp to Sona who helped me to get back my bags that i already considered lost/stolen during transfer from islands/Sihanouk.

Hotel idealny!

Szczesliwym trafem znalazlam sie w jedynym Polskim hotelu w Siem Reap. Nie moglam trafic lepiej! Bardzo mila I pomocna obsluga powoduje ze czujesz sie jak w domu. Pokoje sa bardzo duze I gustownie urzadzone. Co najwazniejsze dla mnie jest bardzo czysto. Swietna lokalizacja, blisko do centrum miasta, ale panuje to cisza i spokoj. Po dlugim dniu zwiedzania mozna zrelaksowac sie w pieknym basenie ktorego woda pochodzi ze zrodla. Duzo podrozuje i odwiedzam wiele hoteli, ten zrobil na mnie ogromne wrazenie. Napewno wroce! Polecam!!!

Comfortable stay in beautiful hotel on a quiet street

Stylishlroom and hotel. The staff was really friendly. Tasty breakfast. The pool is beautiful. Internet is good.

Smell in the toilet, mosquitoes were somehow getting in the room even with the windows always closed. Restaurant is expensive compared to other places in the city.

Awesome secluded place to enjoy mindfulness and peace.

Beatiful secluded boutique-type hotel with private pool. Rooms are spacious and includes all necessities. Internet suprisingly fast and stable. Staff as always friendly and responsive. Located a bit far from "pub street", but for me that was a plus.

Lamps were a little bit dusty, some general cleaning is due; Wooden furniture is a little worn off, but somehow it's more authentic that way.

Beautiful hotel with nice front of house staff, but cleaning services left something to be desired.

The staff was great. Very helpful and accommodating. The bar, pool and garden were beautiful.

Room wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. They didn’t bring us new toilet paper or toiletries. We asked when we got back to the hotel, but the cleaning ladies had already left. So we could only get one small roll as they couldn’t find more. We ended up running out of toilet paper and body wash.

Beautiful hotel. You'll love it! It's nicer and newer than similar priced places in the area.

Everything was great. This is a lovely hotel. Feels like a small boutique resort. Has a great pool and outdoor bar area. The rooms are comfortable and good size for the price. The location is walking distance to pub st but very quiet. And the staff are so nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I can't think of anything wrong.

A blissful retreat

We had such a warm welcome when we arrived, and they allowed us to check in early (as our flight arrived very early). The pool area was perfect for relaxing and breakfast was yum! Our room could not have been more perfect, very spacious, light, comfortable and great bathroom. The desk helped us plan trips to the fishing village and Angkor wat tour which was a huge help.

Spaciuos room with balcony overooking the swimming pool.Large, light bathroom.Verypleasant pool with crystla clear water close to the hotel bar.Very clean in comparison to otjer hotels I've been to in Vietnam and Cambodia.Hotel situated in a quiet street, but not far away from the shooping and entertainment centre 15 min walk or 2 - 3 min by tuk - tuk.English speaking staff so no communication problems,This is my second visit to this place.I will definitely com back here again, as the place offers higher standard and conditions than other hotels I have been to.Price - quality ratio very positive.Very good wi - fi.

I am very often here, since the manager is from Europe, the hotel has received a new shine. Superb local staff. very helpfull, manager Mrs Sona can organize everrything The pool here is great with crystal clear water. The water is obtained from the hotel's own spring, very ecological solution. The rooms are very big and prrfect clean. I can recommend this beautiful boutique hotel in Siem Riep. It's worth staying here

Little gem in Siem Reap

This place is truly a hidden gem in Siem Reap. It is a lovely hotel with a charming pool and beautiful common sitting area. The rooms were very clean, we had a room with two balconies which was spectacular. Staff is very kind and ready to help with whatever you might need.

I must say that the breakfast was average and very expensive compared to restaurant prices (breakfast was 6$/person, while I payed 4$ for a meal (dinner + dessert) in a restaurant) and 2 out of 3 days there was no coffee at breakfast. The delivery failed so it wasn't really hotels fault, but it hurt me deeply nonetheless. Once, when I was in the shower washing my hair the hotel ran out of water. They did manage to sort it out in an hour or so. Again, not really hotels fault but worth mentioning. It was an interesting experience.

Paradise Hotel

The hotel is simply wonderful!!! It was cozy and quiet during our stay. Friendly staff, clean and beautiful pool, fast Wi-Fi, great interior of the room and the whole hotel, we had two balconies overlooking the garden on the second floor. Very clean everywhere!!! There is parking for motorbikes, there is a possibility of early check-in. I would like to return to this hotel!

A little far from the center (1 km), but it was a problem for us, because we rented a motorbike.

The hotel is gorgeous and comfortable. The pool was lovely with all the plants growing around it. The staff were all very helpful and kind. The location was good with lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance.

nothing short of perfect! it was an amazing experience

it’s gorgeous! it’s hidden in the city and close to so many places. it’s so stunning! words can’t describe how beautiful this place is

the TVS didn’t work but that was the only problem. the restaurant is closed as well so we’d recommend eating out.
