Las instalaciones del condominio muy hermosas, buena ubicación, tranquilidad para dormir agusto. El guardia muy amable .

Al apartamento le falta una buena remodelación, arreglar tuberías y detalles de decoración, no cuenta con muebles bonitos y en buenas condiciones, le falta el aro del sanitario al baño principal y arreglar la fuga de la tubería. Nos estuvimos 4 días y solo al inicio hicieron limpieza.

Il manquait de l’équipement. Nous avons dû à plusieurs reprises le rejoindre pour avoir une cafetière, un grille pain, du papier de toilette et autre équipement. Aucun équipement sur la terrasse pour manger à l’extérieur ou s’asseoir. Les commodes et le divan lit étaient brisés et sales. La propreté laissait à désirer. Des choses ne nous appartenant pas ont été trouvés dans et sous les divans.

worst booking ever

It's great, after long hours of flight, to arrive to you booking, only to realize there will be no one to meet you and give you the keys to the appartment (or even access to the residency, for that matter). to be honest, we did expect something was wrong when, after tyring multiple times to write to and call the owner, there were no responses. after more than an hour and long negociations with the security guy (nice person btw), we were able to enter (even though he should normally first receive notification from the owner to let us in, which he never did). but that was not the end of it. should I mention the broken furnitures, dirty beds, or even the very nice terrace, with dirty chairs & broken tree branches all over ? too bad, the place had real potential to be a really nice appartment. anyway, if you are coming to Syulita, chose any other hotel/appartment/dog house. sleeping in the car is a far better, less expensive, experience if you want my advice.

The pool is great

Unit was not cleaned upon check-in. Very poor communication with owner. Lots of things broken like coffee machine, dishwasher. Old furniture, uncared for. We were given three towels and an old dirty dish rag. Yeah not very good...

Large rooms, excellent location

The host was slow to answer questions, the address was incorrect, the contact person was never available, and the unit had no electricity. Uninhabitable.

Specious, good for family, good amenities

Good spacious apartment, comfortable kitchen, large rooms. There was wifi and Smart TV available, location is convenient but not central, close to the beach.

Pool has too much chlorine, furniture is oldish and not everything works perfectly. Overall we had a good experience.

No support from host inspite of numerous requests for help; no cleaning equipment left out, it was all locked away??; AC stuck in a beep beep loop day and night for first 4 days

A great apartment for a family with 3 boys aged 5,6 and 8!

The apartment was very big and spacious, there are 2 good sized bedrooms, a huge living area and a small terrace which has a sea view. The swimming pool was amazing for the kids, the top pool was heated which was great and the bottom pool was colder but nice to go in to cool down! The location of the property is good, its about a 20 min walk from the town centre but a 5 min walk to the nearest part of the beach. We preferred the end of the beach where the property was as it is quieter and had a few nice bars/restaurants. We hired a golf buggy to get around - this is probably a must with young kids and going to the shops etc. We has a cleaner in 2 times and she replaced the towels and linen. There is also WIFI

The only fault with the property is that it is quite tired - the furniture needs replacing and the patio area is very basic and could be a lot nicer. We also couldn't get hold of the host but the reception at the property seemed to know what was needed.

it had black mold and water dripping into the bedroom from the ceiling, black mold under the bathroom sink, the tv had no Channel to watch, the microwave caught on fire, the coffee maker never worked, it was 2 hrs late getting ready, floor wasn’t washed

We loved Sayulita and the people, everything was awesome except the apartment.

The pool was awesome and the staff were very friendly.

Our apartment was not cleaned prior to our arrival, we had to clean it ourselves, the windows were even dirty, we did not have satellite for the TV, the coffee pot was broken, the Air conditioning unit leaked all over the floor constantly. We could not get hot water in the master bedroom shower. We tried the owner numerous times and left a message with no response. I would recommend the facility but not this particular owners apartment. Very disappointing since we were there for such a joyous occasion.

Don’t do it. It’s a scam

The condo is perfect for families, big pool and good location. But not don’t Book this Appartment. The owner is never seen or spoken. But there are a lot better of the same Appartments in the same condo and they are beautiful and lovely.

I am world traveler with my family for 10 years now, never get a disappointed situation like this. When we arrive the Appartment was completely wasted. Not like messi or dirty, it looked like a party place in the morning after. We saw even blood in one bedsheet, and shitted toilettes. After 3 hours of don’t get in contact with anyone, the cleaning lady comes with a small kid and hang around at our place till they got some money. Then they let the kid clean some places and left again. Na thing in this flat worked. No WiFi. Even the big TV is useless if you don’t get cable or WiFi. Although one bed was broken. If you don’t believe it, Check the pictures. That was a bad job of booking too, no contact or helping hand.

Exceptional

2nd time staying and plan on coming again. Very comfortable, a lot of space, big tv, hd signal, the pool area the best part. First time I’ve gone in winter and didn’t know the pool was heated! Good location and just a couple blocks to beach with a beautiful view of Sayulita.

If more than 3 people are staying be sure to take towels, no shampoo or any shower basics and no internet.
