This is a little paradise! You'll sleep with the rhythm of the waves on an incredibly comfortable mattress. Martha's caring and open-hearted demeanor as well as the small size of the place make you feel at home. It's a clean, comfortable and calm place to stay and perfect to forget about the hectic world. Still it's close enough to everything in town.

Martita is an amazing host. She always was worried for the guesses, is a clever woman than shares all her experience with us. Excellent human being 💙 thank you

Cozy place, take a dip in the sea right when you wake up. The host is the friendliest lady in Bocas

A very nice host, a cozy, clean and relaxed place to meet interesting solo travelers. I would stay there again!

The owner, Marta is super helpful and nice. The hostal has a well equipped kitchen, is really relaxed and a station to fill up containers with water for 0,25$ a gallon is nearby. The hostal is built on the sea, therefore you can hear the waves quite loud, which I liked.

Nada. They put me in another hostel and charged me more.
Everything.

the owner is really sweet, she gave me a bowl of fruit when I didn’t have any food and it was raining (so I didn’t really want to go out in the rain). the hammocks are super nice to chill in, the wifi works great and you can jump of the hostel straight into a blue ocean :)
the rooms are very small and you share a bathroom with a lot of people. I didn’t mind that much, but keep in it in mind

Owner was friendly and gave advise what to do on the islands
- Fan in my room only worked when the light was switched on.
- No garbage can, just a bag lying around.
- People where alowed to sleep outside in hammocks and tents since all the beds where booked when i was there. It was just to much people at that time for such a small place and there stuff was lying around everywhere. Could have been much better otherwise...

Amazing calm place, built right on the water with a beautiful view and a little private beach... the hostel is very tiny (only 2 dorms with 4 beds each i think). Martha is also very nice!
The hostel was overbooked a couple of times but Martha gave me a blanket and i just slept in a hammock for a night which was fine

Location is amazing, waking up and taking a swim right away is something special. The hostess is also very friendly and available.
Rooms were very hot, only the hostess has the room key, so you have to find her during the day for her to open it. During my stay it was constantly overbooked, hopefully solved quickly. No curtains around the beds.

Martha was very friendly.
The toilet seemed to need repair and sometimes there would be no papel 😤
The rooms were often overbooked and cramped.

Marta, the owner, makes this place feel like home from the moment you arrive to the minute you sadly have to leave. She’s fun, her place is cute, small but cosy and has everything you need

Location was good. Further near the edge of town, a 10 minute walk takes you to the start of Bocas nitelife, but far enough to get away from the clubs. Mini super market a block up was ideal and close to the airport that no taxi is needed.
We had a bathroom that was shared to another room that wasnt occupied, so essentially, we had a private bathroom. The shower was cooler as no hot water, but it was refreshing.
After staying at typical hostels, this one was a perfect getaway.
The host, Bertá gave us privacy and although we didnt get a key for our room, we had a key for the main door.
Had access to the kitchen with ample cooking utensils, pots & pans and room in the fridge.
The outside deck was large with a hammock and a dock to go swimming off of.
A table outside to enjoy your meals.
We enjoyed the company and stories Bertá told us - a very lovely lady!
Both rooms had 4 bunks so space was limited.
Showers weren't cold but they wake you up.
Didnt have a key for our room, but I never felt like my stuff wasnt safe. I would recommend a room key be provided upon a $10 deposit ; )

the house it's right but the beach. It's a small o we but really cozy. The owner Martha is the sweetest lady. It's a place to stay chill and share, not for party mood you should know. The kitchen had everything you need and some spices martha is willing to share. Toy got two hammocks top cool outside and even a bbq set. It's close to the main area of the island but far enough to not have all the loudness from Bocas town.
Can't smoke there but that's fine. Can't really smoke anywhere in bocas town
