Excelente

Las instalaciones muy bonitas y cómodas. El lugar muy aseado. Llevábamos una bicicletas y nos ayudaron en dar un espacio para guardarlas aunque no ofrecen el servicio

Central, waterfront gem

The hotel is on the waterfront, right in the middle of the action. It can get loud but it's not as terrible as we had imagined. Everything was amazing, starting from the sparkling clean rooms, with lovely, bright Bocas- style colours to the wonderful waterfront restaurant/ breakfast room and bakery/ confectionary on the street where we enjoyed yummy waffles, cereal yoghurt etc. The hotel is positioned right on the pier where all the tours headed for the islands leave from and also where you can rent an individual lancha. All in all a perfect location for a perfect Archipelago of islands!

Vacaciones en Paradise!!

La frescura que transmite las instalaciones. El restaurante es buenísimo!! Todo su personal es super amable.

El ruido es bastante en las noches, sin embargo, si usan tapones, todo bien.

Would comeback!

Beautifully designed in a convenient location, near the busiest street of Bocas, just a few steps from the supermarket, the Famous 'El Barco Hundido', and near the boat taxis, friendly staff, and good coffee.

Can be a little noisy if the town is busy, although it does have noise cancellation windows.

Gran servicio al cliente.

Las instalaciones muy bonitas, la atención del personal de recepción fue impecable y amable. Los desayunos muy ricos y la ubicación perfecta.

El personal de limpieza que circula por los pasillos desde temprano hace mucho ruido y no permite descansar bien.

Nettes Hotel

Tolles Hotel, sauber, tägliche Reinigung am Zimmer. Wir hatten Zimmer 304, vom Balkon mit Blick zum Wasser. Warmwasser in der Dusche. Nettes Personal. Nette Einrichtung, tolles Preisleistungsverhältnis. Sehr Zentral. Gleich neben vielen Lokalen und Restaurants. Gleich daneben gibt es Taxibote.

Hellhörig aber als nette Geste bekommt man Ohrenstöpsel ans Bett. Hat mir gut gefallen.

Felt safe and comfortable without the need to leave for dinner made for a restful stay.

Clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was great, clearly labeled gluten free and vegan options with kind staff and great view. Even accommodated our early departure and let us grab breakfast before opening time.

GREAT--GREAT--GREAT

It is a beautiful tropical type hotel. It has 29 rooms. They are kept so clean. The A/C unit blows hard and produces ice cold air. The summer months from May 15th until September 15th are brutal in terms of heat and humidity. This hotel is right in the middle of town. Everything was GREAT : Staff, facilities, room condition, mattresses, location, and amenities. The restaurant in the back of the hotel is right on the water. Spectacular views, delicious food, and reasonable prices.

I LIKED EVERYTHING. NO COMPLAINTS.

Just loved Bocas Paradise just my style !!!

I love the new renovations just beautiful at Bocas Paradise . The staff here in the reception and in the restaurant are beyond outstanding they treat you like they have known you for years not just days . I just love everything about the property the design the great air conditioning and the most comfortable bed . It’s in the heart of Bocas town centrally located you will love it !! I was excited about their shower as it is just the best . I am impressed and you will be too . it’s beyond the best to me !!

No one thing .. it felt like home .. I will miss the ambience and staff and my comfy room .. of course the sea view restaurant with great food

great value for money stay in Bocas town

- great location - staff on front desk friendly and very helpful - cafe out the back did a great breakfast - rooms were well decorated and clean - compared to some other hotels in Bocas Town, we got amazing value

- very loud at night from a party across the road, but this is the case for every hotel in the centre of Bocas Town

Superb

We miss it already! The rooms were a little small but clean! Ac worked great, good water pressure and hot water. They're making a restaurant in the back facingthe water. The location was perfect with great coffee and restaurants next door or across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were there March 13-16, 2023. We stayed in the family room with a queen + bunkbed, which was great. However, the room was small and lacked closet, and hooks for storage. A different shower door would be nice bc water splashes out(especially with teens). Minor issues for a great place.

The hotel is adorable and they’ve done the cutest shabby chic look. But disco is too loud.

The location is wonderful but the biggest problem at this hotel. The great thing is that you are right on the water and we had partial ocean views. Grocery store, restaurants right across the street & steps away from boats to travel around.

The hotel is 2 doors down to El Barco Hundido Disco. Our rooms vibrated from the loud music until 2am. They gave us earplugs but even that didn’t help. The hotel is also being upgraded so there was a lot of equipment & workers moving around on the 1st floor. When it’s completed I’m sure the hotel will be a beauty.

The hotel was being renovated, we got a room fresh after the renovation, it smelled of paint and it was impossible to air it out. The hotel is next to a disco that plays until 5 am. Can't sleep. Watch out for street parking fines.

central but really loud and noisy

good location in the main area of the island. no inhouse pool/activities

very loud 24/7… the club „aqua“ is just a couple of hundred meters away, therefore loud music until 4-5 in the morning. instead of sleeping in, you get a nice wakeup call from jackhammers and loud noises on the hallway due to renovation work

Disappointing

The general manager Eyleen Hernandez managed very well I could leave the hotel, being afterward reibursed, because of the noise made by Aqua discotheque on Carenero Island. They had not an available quiet room so she gave me the choice to leave the hotel to find a silent room. She has payed attention to the client needs and got the intermediary bank reinburse the fare of 2 nights not used

Would definitely recommend, idyllic location, we had a huge room and the staff were great

Beautiful location, really friendly staff and breakfast included is a plus!

No option to enter the hotel late at night on foot, and the water taxis know that and were making us pay more because of it
