We would definitely stay here again!

The location is great for exploring the old town, and the views to both sides of the house were lovely. The house is located in a relatively busy intersection, but the sound isolation is efficient and nothing disturbed our sleep.

Small improvements could be made, such as a place to hang bath towels to dry and a little carpet or thick towel to put on the bathroom floor after shower. The upstairs bedroom was much appreciated by the teenager, but the stairs leading to it require some caution, especially when descending!

Modern and spacious apartment close to Toomemägi

Excellent location, new, spacious and clean apartment. Really appreciated the fan during the warm nights.

It was hot during our stay in Tartu and rather heavy traffic on the road outside. We missed the opportunity to sleep with open windows, so the fan was very useful.

Exceptional

Location on the edge of the old town. Parking in the yard. Balcony in a quiet courtyard. Pleasantly furnished and well-equipped guest apartment. Recommend.

beautiful and quiet flat, top location

clean, modern, very good location, very good communication with the host

one major and unusual shortcoming : the flat is on a 4th floor and there is no possibility to open the building door directly from the flat, if anyone rings downstairs . I.e. one needs to go downstairs each time and there is no elevator. For whatever reason, the system has been set up the way that if anyone rings a doorbell downstairs, it rings at the host's place/phone? and not in the actual flat itself.

Very good

The apartment is very centrally located and has lovely views of Toomemägi hill. The balcony must be very nice during warm weather as it's equipped with cozy patio furniture and faces the quiet Toomemägi. The apartment is spacious and bright. It's spotless clean and true to photos. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need for a good stay.

No bath towels - the ~50x70 cm towels are really not enough. The towels were extremely rough and will hopefully be changed for new ones before the high season starts. If you come by car, be prepared for a bit of a parking challenge. There's a private parking spot, but a bit tricky to approach.

Cozy apartment in excellent location

Location of the apartment was excellent, almost at the heart of Tartu, extra bonus was private parking. Very nice and clean apartment. Host was very kind and helped me with TV connections. Very easy booking, check-in and check-out process. It was very warm during my stay, there was no airconditioning, but when I opened all windows, it was very comfortable.

Nothing to dislike.

Superb

Very good location, just a couple minutes walk to old town. Balcony view on a park on a south-west side, so you can chill there enjoying sun. Windows has thick curtain, so you can create dim environment and have a good sleep.

Nothing serious. May be addition of self-check-in will make process smoother, but current check-in also works well.
