Amazing happy and very friendly staff

Very cosy surrounded by lush greenery

The parking space is less as compared plus the way to the property is quite a task hence people who are good drivers should handle the steering wheel

Disappointing

I got there at 1am and there was someone waiting for me and checked me in very quickly

The bathroom was disgusting and dirty. One of the worst I've ever seen. And the pictures of the place did not match what it really looked like. Also the WiFi did not work in my room so I had to constantly go to the reception to use my phone. I told them about this but they didn't do anything to solve the issue.

The location is 3km from Palolem beach but falsely advertised as 500m. Colomb beach is not a beach, just a filthy, tiny, rocky Shore.

The linen was dirty, wifi was not working eventhough the staff knew about it they chose to hide it. Toiletries limited to toilet roll, two soap rounds and half used handwash provided only after pointed requests.

The room was filled with rats. We saw 5 rats roaming in our room. Geyser was not working. Rooms had no locks. Door was also broken.

I liked the location.

The resort is not well maintained.The room is not clean and the worst part is the unhygienic sanitation.The bathroom had no proper drainage facility. It got almost flooded while taking shower.Not worth paying Rs.5500 per night.

Please do not recommend Brushwood villa resort

There is nothing to like in this place other than it is located near good beaches.

Villa is in a pathetic situation. No cleanliness maintained and full of dust inside the rooms . Bedsheets , towels were not properly washed . No value for money . Pics of the villas shown in the website and actually how it looks totally different.

It was made of wood & it was unique like a tree house.

the location was a bit scary , no lights in the lane leading to the resort.secluded spot.there were cobwebs on the roof & behind the bed.overall poor maintenance of the resort .the photo shown was as if there was a lush green lawn but it was not there.it is value for money & people who like to stay away from hustle and bustle.

The room service staff .. had ask for very thing …like towels ..mosquitoes good night..work was going on outside the room every morning 8 am carpenters would start making all the noise couldn’t sleep… they should have changed the room but did not wifi was not working inside the room
