This was one of the very best properties we have ever stayed in. A very comfortable home with all the amenities, a great location in the beautiful Shetland Islands. Highly recommend

Good location - very handy for the town centre. Spacious and comfortable main bedroom.
The 'sitting at a dining table' facilities were very poor. Very small table in the corner of the room.

It was very well located.
The toilet being in the same room as the shower made it difficult at times with 5 people. Also, we did not find the extra bed until our 3rd night (but the lounge was very comfortable).

The property is perfectly located for a short walk into town without being on the main shopping street and it was lovely and quiet when we retired from sight seeing for the evening. The property had everything we expected and more and was spotlessly clean on our arrival. Communication with the hosts was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We travelled with our 2 kids (7 and 5) and they were very comfortable and enjoyed playing on the swing in the garden.
Everything was perfect, we couldn't suggest any improvements.

We stayed here last year, and as then, our arrival delayed by fog at Shetland airport. It was great to know how good our accommodation was to be again. car parking works fine, easy just to walk into centre of Lerwick etc. Both the Co-op and Tesco provide good options for obtaining food. The beds are very comfortable and the accommodation gives a sense of home and space. Very clean and looked after.

A very comfortable, exceptionally well outfitted home. Felt truly like a home, rather than a "rental". Great neighbourhood--quiet, residential, a short walk from downtown. Hosts were fantastic: friendly, accommodating, made arrangements to get the house cleaned quickly so we could check in early. The manuals for the appliances were there, which really helped as they are quite different from what we have at home. Excellent internet. In short, there was everything needed for a comfortable stay. We look forward to coming back.

Centrally located. 5min walk to shops and restaurants. Quiet neighbourhood residential street.
Sky satellite TV was a bit flaky but this could have been due to the weather as we had some light snow.

Lovely, spacious accomodation in a quiet cul-de-sac, only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Clean and comfortable, with everything you need in the kitchen. Perfect for anyone visiting for a holiday.

No 13 is in a good location in a quiet area of Lerwick. Easy to walk down into the town and easy to get around the island.

Our hosts had provided everything you might want including all the little things it’s a pain to buy when you’re only staying a few days like washing up liquid and kitchen basics. Lovely comfy house.

This was a quietly located semi-detached house which was both spacious and comfortable with parking in front. The centre of Lerwick was a matter of minutes walk and you could easily access the wider town. There is a good Co-op store as well as a large Tesco.
The accommodation felt spacious with a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable lounge with sofas, The bedrooms were all spacious with very comfortable beds and good storage facilities.
A great place to stay and ideal for exploring the islands.
Just a small point but a mirror in bathroom would be useful, perhaps one on an extending arm as in some hotels.

Perfect location for travelling around the islands and Lerwick itself. House was very comfortable and felt like home. Had everything you needed microwave dishwasher etc.
