The location and the arrangement of the cabin.
The views
The beds were not comfortable enough
1.0 / 10.0
Area
Amenities in lodge were disgusting, stained bedding, pillows etc, broken and stained crockery, mould in the fridge and shower. Thick dust under bed and units, food remains under cushions on couch etc. Did not want to sit or lie anywhere. Attic room is a danger, not suitable for anyone and no warning signs for the hatch and steps

The location
We didn't get the chalet we ordered by the lake.
The heating didn't work initially and the hot water were alternately available.
Wifi was unstable

Location is very good with restaurant on site and leisure facilities
Furniture and appliances are 'tired', kitchen not fully equipped eg. no chopping board.
Satellite TV is rather old and remote was a bit hit and miss.
There is virtually no sound insulation between rooms and properties so you can hear everything going on in the next room.
Shower had very low pressure and was just a trickle of water.
Rooms were very small.

the location near Glen Feshie, Loch an Eilein, plus the view from the deck across Loch Insh
it was not clean, you stuck to the kitchen floor. we asked for the sticky table to be cleaned which the staff undertook willingly. The tiny kitchen bin was full after our first meal and there were no spare liners. not one dishwasher tablet on offer, etc, etc. Double bed felt small and uncomfortable - and we are not overly tall and are reasonably slim!

I loved the location and the scenery was beyond amazing the property was a great size and reasonably clean, beds were comfortable and clean and there was plenty of items within the property to help with stay such as towels and kitchen items. Would defiantly stay again
the shower could be modernised as the bathroom was pretty full with water after only a min or two of a shower which was pretty slippy with little ones

the location , the facilities and comfort of the chalet.
there was nothing I didn’t like .
We had issues with connecting to the Wi-Fi and didn’t manage to find anyone at the reception to help up when we tried in two occasions. we had work to do for few hours in the morning and it didn’t make things very easy . also the Tv was not connecting to the Wi-Fi either so not Tv apart from one channel really .

chalet was clean enough and comfortable
we were told we could not check in before 4pm but when we arrived at 5-30pm the office was closed we ended walking about a restaurant asking staff for help eventually after 30 mins we were told to go our chalet but without any guidance we were walking about looking for about 20 mins looking for it , after we found it was opened with a key in the door , hot tub did not work it was easter weekend we were there friday to Monday , it took them until Sunday to fix it , but it takes 8 hours to heat the water so when we used it the water was only luke warm, the full purpose was to relax in a hot tube at night after exploring during the day,

Lodges are in a great location with beautiful views.
The shower in one of our lodges kept cutting out when in use. The bedding was well used and didn't look particularly clean which was a shame as everything else appeared to be clean.

location & cosiness
Ready for a deep clean, carpets & furniture.
Restaurant was very expensive £16.95 for a burger - no thanks. Which is a shame as we would of ate there, but instead ate at the restaurants in Aviemore.

Great location
Very specific directions to the office would have been better

We loved everything about the Feshie apartment. It was spacious and comfortable. All facilities were spotlessly clean, and catered for. it would easily suit a large family or group of friends. Fantastic location for the Cairngorms, or just stay in sight for the many all year round activities.
Absolutely nothing

Stunning location
3 bedroom chalet is a 2 bedroom with a loft bedroom as the 3rd room. So smaller than expected but still comfortable

Great family destination with so much to do. The chalet was great, the hot tub was amazing. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Little touches like underfloor heating in the entrance and bathroom really helped after our cold water dips in the lochs.
Happy with everything.

Liked the area in general and the views were outstanding
Unfortunately there was a bat in our apartment on 2 occasions. After the first occasion my husband reported it, however he was told bats only come out in the summer. The second occasion the bat appeared in the bedroom which left the children quite distressed and resulted in us packing our belongings and leaving.

location, cleanliness, fairly spacious, very comfy beds
Chalet facilities need some attention. Kitchen cooking pots and frying pan basic. had to ask at office for toilet paper. no smart TV. WiFi signal poor

The chalet was lovely, comfortable and well-equipped and the outdoor hot tub and view of the lake were fantastic. We walked in the on-site woods and our granddaughter loved the huge playgrounds. It was too cold (for us) to swim but the lake and its facilities looked great.
Very minor: the drain in the showers was not great (spilled out onto the bathroom floor) and the water temperature in one of the showers couldn't be controlled. So we all used one shower and other than that our stay was perfect!

Great views, great facilities, great choice of activities. Accomodation was great. Close to aviemore. Price was very good for everything included. Area was beautiful
The bathroom shower could do with a better clean

Location and that it had a log burner
Cleanliness and standard of accommodation for price. Smelt like wet dog when we arrived, lots of old cobwebs and dust everywhere, needs a really good deep clean. Bathroom was extremely basic, floor tiles not clean, shower curtain mouldy. Sofa was dirty and stained.

Location nice and peaceful, staff were friendly helpful and it was clean.
The cabins were a little dated mainly the bathroom. Lack of wardrobe space.
